What You'll Do
  1. Lead, Make, Repeat: You're not just here to direct; you're in the trenches, making daily. You lead by getting your hands dirty—concepting, writing, designing, and even editing when needed. You move fast, iterate, and set the creative pace for the team.
  2. Editor-in-Chief Mindset: You understand people, what they care about, and what's happening in the culture of beauty and lifestyle. You don't just follow trends—you predict, shape, and react to them in real time.
  3. Social Performance Obsessed: You don't just make creative—you study how it performs, why it works (or doesn't), and turn those insights into sharper, more effective ideas.

What You Need
  • A strong, social-native portfolio showcasing your work in beauty and lifestyle (If you don't have one, build one).
  • 6+ years in an agency or brand-side creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of building brand love on social.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms—you know what works and why.
  • Ability to concept, write, and direct with agility—whether it's a full-fledged campaign or a reactive meme.
  • Experience working with production teams, creators, and influencers to bring ideas to life.
  • A POV on what's next in beauty, lifestyle, and digital culture.
  • Your personal or past brand work has built an audience, driven engagement, or gone viral.
  • You have beauty and lifestyle experience (brand or agency side).
  • You can sell an idea in 15 seconds or less.

About the Role

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Director to lead the next era of brand, space, and experience development across WFH Group - a growing collective of fitness, wellness, social, and lifestyle brands.

You won’t just be directing visuals, you’ll be shaping how our brands live across real spaces , digital storytelling , events , and revenue-driven creative opportunities . From bringing a new Pickle,Padel, wellness& lifestyle concept to life, to designing brand activations within our developments, to monetising our media reach through creative partnerships, this is a hybrid creative-commercial role at the heart of our next stage of growth.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

The Creative Director will lead and elevate the creative vision across all brands under the holding company, ensuring strategic alignment, brand differentiation, and high-impact execution. This role is responsible for developing innovative campaigns, fostering a strong brand presence, and driving engagement through cutting-edge design, content, and experiential marketing.

With a focus on brand storytelling, placemaking, researching new lifestyle & wellness concepts, brand activations and launch, multi-brand synergy, digital content /media outreach, and creative innovation, the Creative Director will play a critical role in expanding the company's influence across fitness, wellness, hospitality, and community-driven spaces.

Key Responsibilities

Brand Vision, Strategy & Identity

  • Define and evolve the brand architecture across all WFH brands
  • Lead visual and verbal identity development across new concepts, brand refreshes, and campaign moments
  • Lead the development of brand identity systems for new and existing concepts
  • Develop cross-brand campaigns that drive culture and community, not just content
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital assets, print collateral, social media content, and promotional materials.
  • Establish and maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure creative alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead rebranding or brand evolution projects as needed to keep the brands fresh and competitive.
  • Develop and implement creative strategies to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement

Placemaking & Concept Creation

  • Develop experiential brand concepts that integrate movement, wellness, and social connection into physical spaces
  • Translate business ideas into lifestyle placemaking experiences for courts, gyms, F&B, recovery zones, pop-ups, retail, and more
  • Lead concept design for brand presence in mixed-use developments, events, or public venues
  • Work with operations and real estate leads to ensure creative concepts translate into viable business models

Business & Revenue-Driven Creative Strategy

  • Ideate new monetisable creative verticals: brand partnerships, content series, pop-up formats, events, drops, branded merchandise, etc.
  • Support commercial team in creating Athleisure collabs, branded activations , or media content opportunities
  • Collaborate on proposals that pitch creative-led revenue streams - e.g., licensing, sponsorships, content monetisation
  • Develop unique campaign concepts that drive sales, memberships, and brand loyalty.
  • Develop original design concepts and visual storytelling approaches for marketing campaigns, product launches, and events.
  • Create mood boards, sketches, and prototypes to present concepts to stakeholders.
  • Refine and iterate designs based on feedback and project requirements.
  • Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines while maintaining high standards of creativity and execution.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and bring fresh inspiration to the team
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.

Campaigns, Content & Experience

  • Lead 360° campaign development for launches, events, and seasonal moments
  • Oversee high-quality creative output: video, social, photography, print, digital
  • Expand brand awareness through community-driven experiential marketing
  • Leverage expertise in experiential marketing to create immersive brand experiences.
  • Develop high-impact brand activations, leveraging physical spaces like The Courts, outdoor spaces (PSC) & indoor spaces (TRIBE)

Creative Systems, Team, and Execution

  • Lead, inspire, and mentor a team of designers, content creators, and creative professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Provide guidance, constructive feedback, and professional development opportunities to enhance team skills and performance.
  • Create and maintain brand guidelines, asset libraries, campaign timelines, and content calendars
  • Set review checkpoints, feedback loops, and quality control processes
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas while ensuring alignment with brand objectives.
  • Ensure cohesion across all consumer touchpoints: websites, socials, physical spaces, merch, etc.
  • Act as a role model for creative excellence, encouraging originality, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Build and mentor a multi-disciplinary creative team across design, content, and production
  • Lead vendor and agency relationships where needed (production, web, photo, etc.)
  • Implement project tracking systems to manage creative timelines and deadlines effectively.
  • Optimize collaboration processes between creative, marketing, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Implement data-driven content strategies to maximize reach and conversion.
  • Set up review and quality control processes to ensure all creative work meets brand and business standards.

Project & Team Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of creative projects, from ideation to final delivery.
  • Develop and manage project timelines to ensure smooth workflow and timely asset delivery.
  • Adapt and roll out approved concepts across different media channels (digital, print, advertising, events, etc.).
  • Coordinate with external vendors and production partners to ensure high-quality execution of printed and digital materials.

Ideal Candidate

  • Between 5–9 years of experience in creative direction, branding, experiential marketing, or placemaking
  • Experience launching or shaping brands within physical spaces - not just digital
  • Strategic thinker who understands how creativity drives business growth
  • Able to move from big-picture brand vision to hands-on execution oversight
  • Commercially aware: understands how creativity impacts monetisation, media, partnerships
  • Great taste, original ideas, and the confidence to lead from the front

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Creative Director to lead our Creative Department. This is a senior leadership role where you will oversee all creative development, from initial strategy and pitching to final execution and performance analysis. You will be the guardian of creative excellence, ensuring all output is innovative, high-quality, and delivers measurable results that elevate our clients' brand performance across both digital and physical channels.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

1. Strategic Leadership & Pitching

  • Analyze client brands and craft compelling strategic and creative directions.
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of creative proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Content, E-Commerce, Influencer, Tech) to ensure creative alignment and integrated strategies.

2. Creative Management & Oversight (Integrated Focus)

  • Lead and oversee all creative work, including marketing collateral and campaign visuals, ensuring strong execution across digital, social, on-ground, and event-based campaigns.
  • Direct the Production Team to ensure creative output meets client goals, brand values, budgets, and deadlines.
  • Specifically manage and approve creative for offline assets such as Point-of-Sale Materials (POSM), Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising, and event activations.
  • Continuously assess the effectiveness of creative deliverables and propose improvements for enhanced performance and conversion.

3. Performance & Client Success

  • Partner with strategists across departments to assess creative performance and drive initiatives to enhance quality.
  • Monitor deliverables to ensure timelines are met and support client retention through strong creative standards and results.

4. Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the Creative Team's performance and workload.
  • Lead the recruitment and development of the team, ensuring they achieve KPIs related to conversion, client retention, and sales growth.

Qualifications & Experience

Must-Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Design, Art, Creative Multimedia, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in digital media or an agency environment.
  • Proven experience in creative/art direction, pitching, proposal development, and client presentations.
  • Demonstrable experience leading creative campaigns for both digital platforms and physical activations (events, POSM, OOH, print).
  • In-depth understanding of advertising, branding, and marketing strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • A strategic thinker with urgency and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (A Plus)

  • Strong background in team leadership (Creative or Production teams).
  • Experience in photography and video production.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin.
  • A sharp eye for high-quality visual design and strong presentation skills.
