Requirements
- Possesses undergraduate or master’s degree in accounting, finance or business majors from a recognized university with outstanding academic credentials or professional qualifications such as CFA, CVA, ICAEW, ACCA, FMVA and CFM. Professional certification such as CVA, CFA will be highly regarded.
- Ideally, 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience in business valuation, auditing, M&A, investment banking, private equity, or equity research.
- Possesses good financial modelling skills, including building financial models from scratch and reviewing clients’ models.
- Possesses strong analytical skills, an inquisitive mindset, a logical thought process, and the ability to simplify complex issues and lead your team to complete the engagements efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate and present ideas confidently for the board of directors and senior management team, as well as to communicate effectively across various offering teams and to your teams.
- Professional demeanor with excellent English communication skills, both written and oral.
