**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Conduct audits at field, office and store and prepare safety report.
+ Analysis of audit findings on monthly basis and follow up on actions.
+ Organize EH&S audit plans, tracking of findings and follow up on closures.
+ Conduct risk assessment - HIRARC and other safety related documents to enforce preventive measures.
+ Safety training for new employees and refresher for existing employee and subcontractors.
+ Preparation and coordinate for safety council meeting. Responsible for new employee process caretaker in induction, PPE, watchlist, audit and safety passport.
+ Provide guidance for branch supervisors, employees and subcontractors on hazard awareness and other safety related matters.
+ Visit depot and other branches as and when required and prepare reports to management.
+ Liaison with Field Operation team for the implementation of the OSS and Malaysia safety requirement at all job sites.
+ To conduct incident/ accident investigations and identify root cause(s) and implement preventative/ corrective actions.
+ To represent company in safety meetings or reviews as requested by client Plan and execute safety campaigns and initiatives to drive positive safety culture.
+ Perform other duties that are assigned by the MD or EHS Manager.
**Job Requirements:**
+ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Environmental, Health & Safety or Engineering.
+ At least 4 years of working experience, preferably in Construction Industry
+ Valid DOSH Green book
+ Planning, organizing skills and effective communication skills - both oral and written.
+ Possess driving license and car and able to travel with short notice
+ Strong understanding of risk assessment methodologies and hazard identification techniques.
+ Experience in delivering EHS training programs.
+ Excellent knowledge of incident investigation and root cause analysis.
+ Proficient in analyzing data and preparing reports.
