• Assist in maintaining HACCP and ISO Certification for F&B Operations and Management through implementation of Food and Safety Management System (FSMS).
• Conduct microbiology test in the Food Safety Laboratory for food and environmental samples. Coordinate sending selected samples to external laboratory for chemical/biology laboratory test.
• Conduct on-site inspection to whole food production chain for conformance to SOP and compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements set by local and international authorities.

The Safety & Health Officer is responsible for implementing and managing workplace safety and health programs in compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations. Key duties include conducting daily site inspections, identifying hazards, enforcing corrective actions, and maintaining accurate safety records. 1.Implement and Oversee Safety Programs

• Develop, initiate, and enforce workplace safety and health programs to ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant regulations.
• Promote a strong safety culture among site workers, subcontractors, and management through continuous engagement and awareness.

2.Coordinate Safety Compliance and Documentation

• Prepare and submit all necessary safety-related documents, permits, and statutory applications to relevant authorities.
• Ensure all records, such as safety checklists, audits, and incident reports, are maintained and updated in a timely and accurate manner.

3.Conduct Daily Site Inspections

• Perform daily inspections at the worksite to identify hazards, unsafe practices, or non-compliance with safety standards.
• Take immediate corrective actions where necessary and escalate unresolved issues to the Project Manager.

4.Report Safety Performance

• Prepare and submit monthly safety performance reports, including observations, inspection results, and recommended improvements, to the Project Manager.
• Monitor safety KPIs and track trends to support continuous improvement efforts.

5.Participate in Client Safety Meetings

• Represent the company in all client-organized safety meetings and discussions.
• Provide input on site-specific safety challenges and contribute to joint safety planning.

6.Accident and Incident Management

• Investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe incidents, and provide recommendations to prevent recurrence.
• Prepare detailed incident reports and ensure timely reporting to relevant parties, including authorities when required.

7.Prepare Lost Time Injury (LTI) Reports

• Compile data on lost time incidents, analyze causes, and prepare LTI reports for internal use and external submission.
• Support efforts to reduce LTI rates through safety campaigns, training, and risk mitigation plans.
