Peninsula Precision Stamping (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented ISO, Health & Safety Officer to join our team in Gelang Patah, Johor. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's ISO and health and safety management systems. Job Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations and ISO ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard. Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits. Lead and coordinate ISO documentation, audits, and certification processes. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Provide safety and ISO training to employees (induction, machine safety, PPE, emergency response). Monitor and maintain records for safety, health, and ISO activities (checklists, reports, incident logs). Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., DOSH, DOE) and assist during inspections or audits. Develop and update safety policies, SOPs, and emergency plans. Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, or related field. Registered Safety & Health Officer with DOSH (Malaysia). At least 2 years of working experience in manufacturing, preferably metal stamping. Strong knowledge of ISO systems and local health & safety regulations. - Prepare detailed incident reports and ensure timely reporting to relevant parties, including authorities when required.
7.Prepare Lost Time Injury (LTI) Reports
- Compile data on lost time incidents, analyze causes, and prepare LTI reports for internal use and external submission.
- Support efforts to reduce LTI rates through safety campaigns, training, and risk mitigation plans.
