About the role

Peninsula Precision Stamping (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a talented ISO, Health & Safety Officer to join our team in Gelang Patah, Johor. This is a full-time role that will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the company's ISO and health and safety management systems. Job Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) regulations and ISO ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standard. Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and internal audits. Lead and coordinate ISO documentation, audits, and certification processes. Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective/preventive actions. Provide safety and ISO training to employees (induction, machine safety, PPE, emergency response). Monitor and maintain records for safety, health, and ISO activities (checklists, reports, incident logs). Liaise with relevant authorities (e.g., DOSH, DOE) and assist during inspections or audits.
