**Role Overview**
The Associate Finance Manager, Surgical Vision is a **key finance business partner** supporting the Surgical Vision commercial organization in a designated SEA market (Thailand or Malaysia).
This role focuses on financial planning & analysis, performance management, distributor support, and financial operations, enabling informed decision-making in a regulated, distributor-led environment.
In addition to market responsibilities, the role carries broader SEA cluster scope, including ownership of SEA OPEX planning and monitoring, and finance support for a selected smaller SEA market (e.g., Indonesia or Philippines).

**Key Responsibilities**
**Financial Planning & Business Partnering**
· Partner with the assigned market commercial team (Thailand or Malaysia) to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis

· Analyze business performance, identify key risks and opportunities, and provide clear financial insights to stakeholders

**Qualifications**

· Experience in medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or other regulated industries is an advantage
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business insights
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP, Anaplan) preferred
· Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

**New Entity Implementation & Integration** : Acts as the focal point for newly acquired entities and ensure seamless integration. Partner with other SBGs & Corporate for initiatives in Malaysia Principal Hub.
**Customer to Cash (C2C)** : Monitors & reviews Working Capital for the LOB and partners with the Working Capital team to improve turns, minimize bad debts & support Working Capital improvement initiatives as required to drive C2C efficiency.
**Internal Controls and Compliance** : Ensures strong internal controls are in place, project reviews are adhered, and any project cost overruns are identified early. Perform a formal (documented) quarterly analytic review of the P&L and balance sheet for the LOB , investigating and documenting all unusual trends and fluctuations.
**Other** : Works with other members of the Finance Team and maintains a productive, dynamic and rewarding team environment. Leads process improvement initiatives. Participates in ad hoc projects.
**Qualification and Technical Abilities:**
+ Professionally (CA or CPA) qualified more than 12 years of experience in finance and accounting.
+ Experience in Manufacturing, project & Service Industry is a must
+ Comfortable and experienced at dealing with various functions and global stakeholders.
+ Fluent in verbal English and in written communication.
+ Knowledge of ERP systems, Preferable SAP . Excellent in MS Office tools .
