The Engineer CMMS - ADT role is part of the VP TAO organization, which delivers integrated value across Shell by enabling the Asset Management System (AMS). TAO provides high-quality, cost-effective technical support remotely, embedded within asset teams to drive end **-** to-end AMS processes across Downstream, Integrated Gas, and Upstream.
**What you'll be doing**
+ Deliver accurate CMMS builds across Upstream, Downstream, and IGRES.
+ Analyze technical data/documents and provide insights from a CMMS perspective by collaborating with engineering, maintenance, operations, and project teams.
+ **Use data analytics to develop data stories that improve reliability, maintainability, and availability of systems/equipment.**
+ **Act as SME in developing key data structures and initial CMMS setup.**
+ **Guide data extraction from engineering drawings (e.g., P&IDs, PEFS, SLDs) to meet stakeholder needs.**
+ Support identification of Safety Critical Elements (SCEs) and participate in risk assessments as needed.
+ Develop maintenance strategies and plans in SAP, coordinate planning and scheduling with discipline engineers.
+ Demonstrate how technical data supports site operations and audits.
+ Liaise with CP Data teams for BOM and Material Master development.
+ Help standardize CMMS processes, tools, and procedures across projects.
+ Track project KPIs, manages quality of deliverables, and supports continuous improvement.
+ Perform data stewardship activities including cleansing, mining, profiling, and reporting.
+ Support P2A handover processes to ensure smooth project transitions and error-free delivery.
+ Advise stakeholders on CMMS-related audit readiness and gap closure planning.
**What you bring**
Data-driven professional with a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related Engineering, and at least 5 years of experience in Plant Maintenance within Manufacturing or Upstream environments.
Key Expertise:
+ Strong background in CMMS (e.g., SAP PM/MM, Maximo), with hands-on experience in WIMS, SPI-IN, EDMS.
+ Skilled in technical data and document management, CMMS build execution, and project data quality inspection.
+ Proficient in engineering maintenance analysis (RCM, RCA, FMEA, Risk Assessment, Hazard Analysis).
+ Familiar with ISO 14224 and industry data standards.
+ Experience in automation, data analytics, and developing data-driven solutions to improve asset reliability and performance.
+ Strong understanding of ERP systems, equipment lifecycle, and continuous improvement processes.
+ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team collaboration skills.
+ Proven ability to lead small teams and manage priorities in dynamic environments.

This role will be key in contributing, preparation and submission of planning, budgeting, latest estimate, appraisal and performance overviews such as: Latest Estimates (LE), Operating Plan (OP) and in the coordination of the Monthly Appraisal (MA) process. + Preferably a Graduate in a finance related discipline with a Professional Qualification (MIA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) with 3- 4 years of post-qualification and having at least 1 year of relevant experience in Business Performance Management & Business Partnering.

Process Objective:
+ Submit accurate and timely tax returns in accordance with the relevant local tax rules, regulations and generally accepted practices, within the deadlines set by them

**What you'll be doing**
Accountabilities:
Senior Specialist main accountabilities and activities will cover team management, coordination and ensuring a top quartile Indirect Tax Compliance process for the countries and taxes covered.
+ Prepare and execute accurate and timely tax returns, respective supporting documents required and tax payments
+ Develop professional working relationships with colleagues within the process and in the interface process across Finance Operations
+ Update work instructions as and when applicable and at regular intervals as per Work Instructions policy guidelines
+ Conduct variance analysis, reasonableness checks and reconciliations
+ Ensure timely completion of SOAR analysis of tax accounts balances and as per required
+ Driving corrective actions within FO Tax to ensure compliance of the process with local tax regulations and internal procedures (LFI, metrics reporting etc.)
+ Update work instructions as and when applicable and at regular intervals as per Work Instructions policy guidelines
+ Identify and implement opportunities to continuously improve processes
+ Comply to Shell Group records management & Information risk management procedures and manage the working papers and support documentation related to the tax returns
+ Analyze and effectively manage end-to-end Indirect Tax risks and resolve complex, high impact, and non-routine issues by applying experience and knowledge of legislation, practices and procedures and communicate effectively to relevant stakeholders
+ Provide routine advice on the indirect tax treatment of transactions and the process to stakeholders (when necessary) with referral made to Tax advisor when in doubt
+ Manage the Tax Team to deliver accurate and timely tax returns and corresponding tax payments, including:- cooperate with the customer in the area of tax and/or business changes which might have impact on the tax settlements effectively manage and develop Tax team- co-operate with feeder processes to ensure timely and accurate completion of accounting activities upon which tax returns submission depends
+ Manage and lead the implementation of the "audit worthy" file status for the team weekly/monthly tax compliance working file
+ Liaison with Tax Authority and Tax Advisor directly during Tax Audit
+ Lead the planning and co-ordination of the work of the team members during Tax Audit to ensure quality and turnaround times targets are met
+ Work closely with the Auditor to understand the required information and assess the impact of any audit findings
+ Follow up/monitor the refund and manage Shell Account Receivables efficiently

**What's the role**
The Demand Planner serves as the central figure in developing and maintaining short- to medium-term demand forecasts for the lubricants business. **What you'll be doing**
+ Maintain and refine statistical forecasting models to generate accurate baseline demand forecasts.
+ Gather, validate, and incorporate Step 1 (new activities) and Step 2 inputs from Sales and Marketing into the demand planning process.
+ Lead forecast alignment meetings with Country Sales and Marketing Managers to secure Step 2 sign-off before handing over the forecast to the Lubricants Supply Chain (LSC) team.
+ Participate in Step 3 of the planning cycle and support Step 4 by providing relevant demand insights as needed.
+ Track and report current month performance by comparing actual orders against forecasts, and work with Sales and Marketing to improve forecast adherence and "sell the plan."
+ Manage short-term forecast adjustments by collecting updates from Sales and Marketing and coordinating the Short-Term Adjustment (STA) process with Supply Planning.
+ Act as the primary liaison between Demand (Sales & Marketing) and Supply teams, ensuring clear and timely communication across functions.
+ Support Finance teams in updating the "Latest Estimate" and identifying potential gaps against quarterly and annual targets.
+ Contribute to the annual Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, helping to build detailed multi-year demand plans.

**What's the role**
Shell's Well Reservoir Facilities Management (WRFM) is central to maximizing asset value through integrated expertise across wells, reservoirs, and facilities. It focuses on well integrity, surveillance, optimization, interventions, and debottlenecking to drive performance throughout the asset lifecycle.
As Engineer - Process Data SSW, reporting to the Sr Team Lead - WRFM Factory, you'll be part of a global team implementing standardized WRFM workflows. Your work will support Shell's ambition to deliver routine WRFM efficiently and free up expert capacity for complex challenges-closing the gap to potential.
**What you'll be doing**
**As Engineer - Process Data SSW (FEL vertical), you will:**
+ Lead WRFM Factory Workflow Deployment: Implement WRFM Factory workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in alignment with the agreed Terms of Reference and Implementation Plan. Initial focus is on Shell Malaysia Upstream, with potential to scale success across global assets.
+ Deliver High-Quality WRFM Outputs: Execute SOPs for Well Integrity (WI), Exception-Based Surveillance (EBS), Opportunity Identification (OI), and Integrated Production System Modelling (IPSM). Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary asset teams including Production Technology, Wells Engineering, Process Engineering, Reservoir Engineering, and Operations.
+ Manage Well Integrity: Ensure surveillance and maintenance of Safety Critical Elements for assigned wells, in compliance with Shell Group and local standards.
+ Drive Performance Improvements: Identify and implement initiatives that enhance WRFM Factory delivery, focusing on standardization and best practice replication to achieve top-quartile performance.
+ Support Functional Enhancements: Contribute to broader WRFM and SSW functional improvement efforts.
**What you bring**
+ With relevant experience in Petroleum Engineering, with a strong focus on well and reservoir management and well intervention design.
+ · Proven ability to independently implement at least one WRFM Factory workflow, such as:
ü Well Integrity (WI)
ü Exception-Based Surveillance (EBS)
ü Opportunity Identification (OI)
ü Integrated Production System Modelling (IPSM)
+ Familiarity with the remaining WRFM workflows is a plus.
+ Solid understanding of reservoir engineering principles is an advantage.
+ Skilled in data analytics and interpretation, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.
+ Experience working in large, multidisciplinary teams, coordinating activities across functions.
+ Good grasp of technical risks and challenges associated with assigned workflows.
+ Knowledge of integrated gas systems, gas contracts, and gas field planning is beneficial.
+ Demonstrated track record of disciplined delivery through structured planning, execution, documentation, and follow-up.
+ A strong team player-able to challenge constructively and support others.
+ Actively support the TAS WRFM Factory project lead in stakeholder engagements.
+ Contribute to WRFM Factory capability development by participating in learning sessions, coaching, and bootcamps.

+ Answers employee queries: "How to?", "Request Info". Executes well documented process to be followed, with clearly defined decision points. Executes simple transactions.
+ Nature of work involves knowledge of HR policies, processes, & systems and can explain this to employees or supervisors. Acts as Process Focal Point / Subject Matter Expert for processes such as reporting. Works within a limited variety of well-defined procedures and practices (not necessarily standardized) and is supervised on progress and results by manager.
+ Executes process steps in Workday, managing entries in Shell People.
**Job Purpose:** To provide end to end HR Operations support (international mobility) to employees, line managers and local HR across a designated region.
**Principal Accountabilities:**
+ Take ownership of the end-to-end transfer process by managing International Transfers, Domestic Transfers (for expatriates), Repatriations (as focal point) and Termination activities as sending and/or receiving advisor. The IM Advisor is responsible for the following tasks:
+ Manage transfer as a project by holding accountability for and coordinating all transfer activities as per the process & policy.
+ Provide policy advice or/and clarify policy-related questions from the employee and the relocation advisor (and other parties if necessary, e.g. line managers, business HR).
+ Focus on high quality customer service in each aspect of the transfer process by applying Beyond Service Excellence standards. That includes setting up and facilitating all briefing calls and adapting them (timing & content) to the employee's circumstances & needs.
+ Cooperate closely with the Relocation Advisor making sure all applicable relocation services are delivered in timely manner.
+ Coordinate the communication & tasks of all relevant parties in the transfer process to deliver their service correctly & timely. Provide the updates on the progress of the transfer to business HR & line manager.
+ Prepare first time right documentation (including employment documentation, notifications) required as per process & policy applying data privacy principle. Process the payroll actions as relevant for each transfer type aligned with the principles of the data privacy, financial controls & data quality. Complete all actions as per the process & policy in timely manner (within agreed KPIs & SLAs). Escalate complex cases and queries proactively & appropriately to coach, Team Leader, Relocation Advisor, IM Subject Matter Experts.
+ Enable and promote best practice sharing between the team members striving for continual improvement of service delivery. Support other team members
**What we need from you?**

**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Diploma/Bachelor's qualification - preferably in HR or Business Administration.
+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; At least 1 year of work experience is an advantage
+ Previous experience in Shared Services, Call Centre, Service environment is an advantage
+ Exposure to an administration and /or services-oriented position is preferable
+ Experience in service excellence
