As an Associate Engineer CMMS, you will leverage your specialized understanding of technical support and systems to engage with related areas. You will support system set-ups and changes based on provided information and assist in analyzing data.
Your responsibilities will include handling more complex tasks with moderate variation, addressing less straightforward questions, and adjusting based on diverse information sources from within and outside the supported business. You will work within a limited range of well-defined procedures and practices, under the supervision of a manager who monitors progress and results. While working autonomously within this defined scope, you will directly support management and specialists and guide internal stakeholders using basic data analysis
**What's the role?**
+ **Support CMMS Build & Assurance** : Execute and support CMMS activities across various projects, ensuring accurate data transition from project to operations and maintenance.
+ **Quality Asset Data Delivery** : Ensure quality asset data delivery for smooth business transition, collaborating closely with TAO units.
+ **Strategy & Plan Development** : Develop and support strategies and plans for CMMS projects with business and project managers.
+ **Technical Data Analysis** : Analyze technical data and documents by working with engineering, maintenance, operations, and project teams.
+ **Continuous Improvement** : Support the continuous improvement of CMMS build processes and team objectives.
+ **Project Support** : Identify benefits in CMMS project delivery with project managers and stakeholders.
+ **SME Support** : Provide Subject Matter Expert support for detailed CMMS build activities, including safety-critical elements and maintenance strategies.
+ **Dashboard & Issue Management** : Support project dashboard creation and resolve P2A CMMS project delivery issues.
+ **Data Interpretation** : Provide expertise in interpreting asset data from engineering documents and drawings.
+ **Liaison with CP Data** : Integrate with CP Data organization for BOM and Material Master requirements.
+ **Networking** : Network with counterparts across capital projects.
+ **Standardization** : Work with managers and specialists to standardize CMMS build processes, tools, and methods.
+ **Learnings & Best Practices** : Capture and update learnings and best practices in the learnings database
**What do we need from you?**
+ University Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electronics & Communication, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
+ 2 to 3+ years of operational experience in engineering/technical roles, preferably in Plant Maintenance within a Manufacturing or Upstream environment.
+ Experience with CMMS, wIMS, and EDMS as an engineering user.
+ Expertise in Technical Data and Documents management.
+ Skills in SAP PM Master data objects and planning/transactional data objects.
+ Understanding of PM Data standards and industry standards like ISO14224.
+ Experience in data conversion phases (extraction, transformation, load) is advantageous.
+ Proficiency in reading engineering drawings (PFS, PEFS, SLDs).
+ Preferred competencies in PowerBI visualization, Data Modelling, and SQL.
+ Mass Data Tool proficiencies are an added advantage.
+ Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
+ Ability to manage complexity, detail, and prioritize tasks effectively.
+ Flexibility, adaptability to change, and demonstrated initiative and problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience in Plant maintenance, preferably in Oil & Gas, Heavy Engineering, or Power Plant industries.

**What you'll be doing**
**Technical Leadership & People Management:**
+ Lead activities of operational process teams; ensuring transparency and controls for operational delivery of the 4 pillars

+ Ensure that activities are executed in line with Shell's policies and standards. (Data privacy/protection, HSSE&SP, DEP, AMS processes & others).
+ Support timely preparation of TORs for proven work including scoping, FTE estimation & QA/QC.

+ University Degree (preferred) in relevant engineering discipline with experience in Maintenance, Production Operations & Engineering in Oil & Gas/ Petrochemicals, or any equivalent Industries.

**As a Data Centre Operation Technician, you are the first line of defense against all operational threats of our data centres. You form the backbone of our operations team to ensure that our facilities are operational 24/7.**
**At the frontline, our shift team is tasked with managing and operating all mission critical systems in our data centres. + Daily monitoring of Environment Monitoring System including but not limited to: chiller cooling system, water pumps, cooling towers, AHU units, CRAH units, FCU units, water leak detection, fire ala
+ rm systems, VESDA, smoke detector (raised floor/ceiling) HV/LV switch rooms, Transformers, UPS system, Generators, Power Distribution Units, etc.
+ Ensure Data Hall collocation temperature and humidity are within range.
+ Response and attend to equipment alarm on site.
+ Troubleshoot abnormal incident / fault based on SOP&EOP.
+ Escalated/update accordingly any severity event occurred according to the process and procedures.
+ Escorting and overseeing vendor to ensure data center activities and service are carry out properly and compliance with all safety procedures as well as utilization of protective equipment. Ensuring all work rendered are in adherence to Company policies and contract agreement.
+ Monthly/Weekly Electrical and Mechanical system consumption report data trending logging and ensuring timely submission of relevant reports on agreed timing such as monthly basis as required under the requirement of our MSA with customer.
+ Assist in maintaining up to date drawings, asset and inventory management.
+ Monitor incoming tickets for processing and provide support to clients/users from the ticketing portal or via email and respond based on SLA.
+ Conduct daily task as per assigned including but not limited to server tape insertion, remote hand support, etc
+ Involve in DC related audit process.
+ **Requirements:**
+ At least 1 Year of experience in maintenance or facilities functions.
+ Able to perform alternate 12-hour shift (9am to 9pm, 9pm to 9am)
+ Malaysian citizen.
+ Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree/Vocational in Computer Science or equivalent.
+ Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
+ Positive attitude

As a **Process Engineer PTM** is a seasoned process engineering professional with over 5 years of experience, responsible for remotely monitoring oil and gas facilities including wells and subsea and delivering performance reports. This role is pivotal in the early identification and escalation of production performance issues, contributing directly to the continuous improvement of operational efficiency.
While the position does not include direct reports, the engineer is expected to engage proactively with on-site production teams and key support personnel to ensure alignment and effective communication.
**What's the role?**
As a **Process Engineer PTM** , you will be responsible for supporting the technical integrity of your assigned assets or thematic area. Your primary focus will be on proactive technical monitoring of process technologies, ensuring operations remain within the defined safe operating envelope and limits for the relevant process units.
You will audit and contribute to the development of technical content and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational compliance. This role involves analyzing unit and equipment performance, identifying potential risks, troubleshooting reliability and performance issues, and uncovering opportunities for continuous improvement. Your insights will directly inform multiple key deliverables across the organization.
+ Supports continuous improvement of the theme area. The PTM engineer is assessed based on the delivery of theme area improvement each year which is considered comparable to supervisory team leadership. Maintains and improves the portfolio of their respective theme areas and delivers value through improvement of the overall theme.
+ Supports compliance with global and site standards for technical monitoring process and practices in collaboration with Projects & Technology and Global work process focal points. This includes implementing and ensuring sustainability of such programs as Advanced Technical Monitoring (ATM)
+ Provides inputs and guidance to the OSE's assigned to the physical assets to ensure their assigned assets are operated in a safe, environmentally sound, and reliable manner in accordance with the license to operate and the defined safe operating envelope.
+ Trains OSE's and others in how to develop, maintain and use Proactive Technical Monitoring (PTM).
+ Maintains up to date technology specific knowledge through LFI, technical networks etc. so as to be able to proactively identify threats to the units or business coming from the wider Shell organization or industry knowledge and practices.
+ Identify opportunities to improve unit capacity, yield, availability, and utilization in support of the site and business plans.
+ Participates in technology forums and conferences to share learning and maintain and improve competencies in their specialty.
+ Maintains and helps develop training materials and guidance manuals designed for Engineers in conjunction with P&T and Learning
**What do we need from you?**
+ Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering / petroleum engineering or related discipline.
+ With experience in operations or process engineering within the oil and gas industry, particularly in upstream environments.
+ Knowledge on timeseries data tool and advanced data analytics tools such as SeeQ/JMP/PI Vision
+ Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
+ Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
+ Experience with offshore and subsea operations is highly desirable.

**What's the role**
This role is part of the controlling and reporting team supporting Shell Malaysia Exploration and Production (SMEP). Operating in a highly complex Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment, SMEP engages in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas resources with our JV partners and PETRONAS. This role is a perfect opportunity to develop broad skills related to Group and statutory reporting activities, our systems, process excellence and Shell Control Framework.
Shell Malaysia Exploration and Production (SMEP) has a large portfolio of assets (offshore and onshore in various locations), encompassing 20+ active Production Sharing Contracts (PSCs) through 7 legal entities, involving more than 10+ JV partners, local states and a National Oil Company (PETRONAS).
**What you'll be doing**
Reporting Analyst reports directly to the SMEP LEC. The role will be part of the pool of analysts supporting SMEP with scope continuously defined based on value and risk. In this role you will interface with business stakeholders, your finance in the business colleagues, Commercial, Tax and Treasury colleagues, as well as external auditors.
**What you bring**
The key responsibilities related to controlling and reporting support for the pool will include, but not limited to:
+ Reporting & Analysis: Handling a variety of financial/business activities related to month-end close and reporting. This includes journal posting, capital expenditure, IFRS16 leases, and depreciation. Deliver group reporting, statutory reporting, and manage any other submissions (e.g. Payments to Government Reporting, 20-F Annual Report, government and local regulatory requirement, etc.). Perform reviews on period-end results and provide commentaries on movements and balances, conduct analyses to solve repetitive or patterned information and data queries/problems.
+ Control and Financial Compliance: Operate SOX and internal controls in line with Work Instructions and Group controls framework. Ensure financial controls are in place to protect value and minimize leakages, enhance accounting systems, and ensure compliance with Group accounting policies. Provide regular support to both external & internal auditors including Statutory, government and SIA.
+ Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Perform reconciliations ensuring timely compliance with control requirements.
+ Process Improvement and Optimization: Identify and suggest improvements in reporting processes, systems, and procedures. Ensure processes are proportionate to their value and risk and actively contribute to identifying and implementing improvement opportunities.
+ Resource Management: Support lead in pooling of resources to manage workload across peaks and activities.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain close collaboration with various Group functions/feeder processes where relevant to enable successful delivery of reporting task and support various finance stakeholders, including Finance Manager, Commercial, Tax, Treasury, etc.
**Requirements**
Preferably a Graduate in a finance related discipline with a Professional Qualification (MIA/ACCA/CIMA/ACA or equivalent) with minimum 3 years working experience in finance and accounting.

As MS Engineer (L1) Japanese-speaking at NTT DATA, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational. You will proactively identify, investigate, and resolve technical incidents and problems, focusing on first-line support for standard and low-complexity incidents and service requests using Japanese. Your aim? To ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions.
Every day, you will monitor client infrastructure and solutions, identifying problems and errors before or as they occur. You will dive deep into first-line incidents assigned to you, pinpointing the root causes, and providing telephonic, ITSM ticket or chat support to our clients when they need it most. Maintenance activities, such as patching and configuration changes, will be part of your routine, ensuring the smooth operation of client systems.
**Responsibilities**
+ Respond to calls /emails/chats received from customer and address the customer needs or route the request accordingly
+ Provide technical support on operational or maintenance of a personal computers/Applications/ other products/peripherals using documented procedures and available tools
+ Routinely identify common incidents and opportunities for avoidance as well as general opportunities for incident reduction
+ Investigate first line incidents assigned and identify the root cause of incidents and problems
+ Use appropriate troubleshooting techniques by using the relevant FAQs and tools to identify and isolate the defects and follow guidelines on dispatching onsite engineer, if need arises
+ Responsible to meet customer SLAs agreed in place
+ Responsible for setting customer expectation and escalate issues in case of need/process related to the higher level to resolve the issue to the customer's complete satisfaction
+ Appropriately log all calls accurately in helpdesk database/ CRM /ticketing system for proper customer management
+ Monitors client infrastructure and solutions
**Requirements:**
+ Diploma/ degree holders preferably in IT/ Computer Science - open to consider fresh graduates
+ Minimum 1-2 years of related IT helpdesk/ customer service working experience is highly preferred but not a must
+ Basic IT skill; using PC on daily basis
+ Language requirement:
+ For non-native (local / Japanese-speaking candidates): Advanced to fluent level in Japanese language (reading, writing & speaking, minimum JLPT N3 is required)
+ For Japanese native candidates: Intermediate to business level English
