Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day operations on the construction or project site.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Monitor the progress of work and report updates to project managers or stakeholders.
- Supervise workers and subcontractors to ensure tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
- Assign duties and responsibilities to team members.
- Provide guidance and support to the workforce.
- Ensure that all site activities comply with safety standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular safety briefings and enforce the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Investigate and report any accidents or incidents on-site.
- Inspect work to ensure it meets project specifications and quality standards.
- Identify and address any issues or defects during the construction process.
- Ensure the proper use of materials and resources.
- Liaise with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate the delivery and use of materials and equipment on-site.
- Maintain clear and open communication between all parties involved in the project.
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, progress reports, and inventory usage.
- Prepare and submit reports related to site activities, issues, or delays.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
- Implement corrective actions to mitigate delays or unforeseen challenges.
- Manage and allocate resources such as materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure all resources are utilized efficiently to avoid wastage or shortages.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English (written and spoken)
- Start work immediately (availability)
- Willing to learn and take responsibility for site monitoring
- Able to drive the company car and ferry workers to site
- Manage, supervise and coordinate all project activities and resources related to the assigned project
- Able to work independently, self-motivated, with good communication and interpersonal skills

- Leads the production of several processes/lines in a highly technical environment and responsible for the lines success.

- Lead a team of individual professionals (e.g. engineers/officers) to meet quality, cost, delivery and responsiveness requirements.
