We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our Greenfield Semiconductor manufacturing facility in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new and innovative production environment in the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in kitting, receiving, and managing inbound activities to ensure seamless production operations. • Kitting Operations: Oversee the kitting process to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of materials to the production lines.
• Receiving and Inbound Management: Supervise the receiving and inspection of materials, ensuring that all incoming shipments are accurate and meet quality standards.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct regular cycle counts, and ensure stock levels are optimized to meet production demands.

• Proven ability to lead and manage a warehouse team – must have at least 2-3 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and best practices.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving materials as needed.
• Additional qualifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field are a plus.

1. Perform tasks like repairing various equipment and materials, replacement of electronics, painting, cleaning, or wiring work.
2. Maintain electronics like refrigerators, television sets, air conditioners, etc. regularly.
3. Respond to and solve guest complaints or issues in a timely manner and fulfill work orders when issues cannot be resolved.
4. Ensure safety equipment like fire alarms and fire extinguishers are in place and in working condition.
5. Refurbish chairs, tables, doors, windows, and counters to maintain them for a long time.

7. Be on call 24/7 for emergencies and to address guest grievances.

10. Conduct technician I and II to all project facilities programs.
11. For senior technician Air Conditioning, ensure the Air Conditioning system is in good condition at all times.
12. Attend meetings in case the maintenance manager or officer is not present at the hotel.
