Job Responsibility

• Drive lorry to deliver quartz slabs and miscellaneous items between factory in Ulu Choh and Kulai.
• Ensure safe and timely transportation while maintaining product quality during transit.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspection and basic maintenance.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the vehicle.
• Assist with small item handling when required (no heavy loading/unloading).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements

• Valid Full E driving license with GDL Bersendi / Berat Kejur.
• Minimum 1 year of experience driving lorry/trailer.
• Minimum qualification: SPM.
• Physically fit, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Able to communicate and cooperate with China-based colleagues (Mandarin-speaking is an advantage).

What You'll Be Doing:

• For the cost accounting position

• Responsible for production cost accounting, including allocation of raw materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead.

• Analyze cost data and provide recommendations for cost control and optimization.
• Participate in budget preparation and cost forecasting, and monitor execution.
• Prepare cost reports to support management decision-making.

• For the accounts payable position

• Handle supplier invoices, payment requests, and account reconciliation.

• Ensure timely and accurate supplier payments and resolve accounts payable issues.
• Maintain supplier records and accounts to ensure data integrity.
• Assist in month-end/year-end closing and preparation of financial statements.

• For the asset accounting position

• Responsible for recording, accounting, depreciation, and disposal of fixed assets.

• Conduct regular asset inventory checks to ensure consistency between records and physical assets.
• Maintain asset ledgers and related documentation to ensure accuracy.
• Provide asset management analysis reports to support company decision-making.

What we're looking for:

• Education:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• Work Experience:

• More than 2 years of relevant accounting experience, with expertise in cost accounting, accounts payable, or asset accounting;

• Outstanding fresh graduates with proficiency in Chinese, English, and Malay are also welcome to apply.

• Professional Skills:

• Familiar with accounting standards, financial systems, and tax regulations;

• Proficient in cost calculation, accounts payable processes, or asset management procedures;

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with colleagues from the customer development department to receive and organize customer orders, and promptly enter them into the ERP order system to ensure timely order receipt and entry into the company's system.
2. Arrange for order reviews or communicate with production planning personnel of the corresponding product lines to schedule production, and provide the production start time and estimated shipping date.
3. If there are customization requirements for mass-produced products, communicate with the project department to follow up on the customization project until the product is successfully shipped and delivered.
4. Conduct regular finished goods inventory counts to ensure that the quantity ordered by JND matches the physical inventory.
5. Communicate periodically with production planning and quality personnel to gradually improve the on-time delivery rate of orders and the pass rate of finished goods quality.
6. Assist shipping and logistics in completing order deliveries to achieve the monthly order delivery rate targets.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.
2. No prior sales experience required. Candidates with a strong interest and willingness to work in sales support are welcome to apply. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
3. Proficient in the operation and use of the SAP system to meet the work demands of timely order processing.
4. Possess strong cross-cultural communication skills and be familiar with business hospitality etiquette.
5. Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Collateral Creation

• Design and manage brochures, catalogs, flyers, and presentation materials.
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all materials.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, and vendors for production.

Content & Branding Management

• Update and maintain branding guidelines for all marketing materials.
• Work with sales and product teams to create compelling content.
• Edit and proofread marketing materials for accuracy and clarity.

Digital & Print Coordination

• Assist in website and social media content related to marketing materials.
• Develop email templates, case studies, and product sheets.
• Support marketing efforts for trade shows and events (banners, posters, etc.).

Project Management & Reporting

• Track inventory of printed materials and coordinate reprints when needed.
• Maintain a marketing asset library (templates, photos, logos, etc.).
• Monitor effectiveness of marketing collaterals and suggest improvements.

Product Market Research

• Study construction building materials when needed
• Understand product market and produce marketing collaterals based on research
• Site visits for marketing efforts

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Optional).

1. Plan, establish, and implement the company's quality management system (such as ISO 9001).
2. Draft and revise system documents such as quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions according to relevant standards and the company's actual situation.
3. Conduct regular internal audits of the quality management system to ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement.
4. Serve as the liaison between the company and external certification bodies, arranging and coordinating external audit activities.
5. Organize relevant departments to carry out corrective actions for nonconformities raised in external audits, track the effectiveness of these corrections, and ensure successful certification.

Your Background & Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Quality Management, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. At least 2 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing quality management systems; experience in establishing and maintaining ISO 9001, IATF 16949 systems is preferred.
3. Familiar with ISO 9001 quality management system standards and certification processes; able to independently draft and revise quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
4. Proficient in conducting internal audits, management reviews, and follow-ups on nonconformity corrections, with experience in handling external audits.
5. Strong document-writing skills, logical analysis, and communication/coordinating abilities; capable of effectively driving cross-department corrective actions and improvements.
6. Proficient in using Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), with the ability to efficiently process system operation data and documentation.
7. Strong sense of responsibility, meticulous and rigorous work style, with a mindset for continuous improvement and strong stress tolerance.

Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and work instructions.
• Design and optimize assembly, welding, stamping, and related processes to ensure process stability and feasibility.
• Support new product introduction, validation, and transition to mass production.
• Monitor and analyze production processes, troubleshoot abnormalities, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Maintain and optimize BOMs, tooling, fixtures, and equipment to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Assist the quality department with process quality analysis and drive continuous defect rate reduction.
• Promote process optimization and material substitution to reduce production costs.
• Propose process improvements and plant layout optimization; participate in lean manufacturing, 6S, and TPM activities to enhance efficiency.
• Provide training for production, quality, and equipment staff on process knowledge and production standards.

Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Development & Introduction

• Participate in new product development projects, managing the entire process from design transfer to mass production.
• Follow up on prototype builds, functional testing, and reliability testing to ensure products meet design requirements.
• Prepare, maintain, and optimize product BOMs and related technical documentation.
• Develop SOPs for new products and guide production staff on operations.

2. Process & Mass Production Support

• Collaborate with process and production departments to drive product pilot runs and mass production introduction.
• Analyze and resolve process and quality issues arising during trial and mass production.

3. Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Support the quality department in product quality analysis and drive implementation of quality improvement actions.
• Handle product-related technical issues from customer complaints and propose corrective solutions.
• Continuously optimize product structure and design to improve reliability and manufacturability.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Project Management

• Coordinate with R&D, procurement, process, quality, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Participate in product project management, provide regular progress updates, and ensure milestone targets are achieved.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in the home appliance or electromechanical industry in product development, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering (outstanding trilingual fresh graduates may also be considered).
• Familiarity with metal processing (stamping, welding), motor manufacturing, or product assembly (e.g., vacuum cleaners, air compressors) is preferred.
• Knowledge of preparing process documentation (SOP, WI, PFMEA, Control Plan).
• Familiarity with BOM management, product development process, and engineering change management (ECR/ECO) is an advantage.
• Proficient in CAD/SolidWorks/ProE/CREO or other relevant mechanical design software.
• Knowledge of production safety regulations, quality management tools, and lean manufacturing concepts.
• Strong logical thinking, execution ability, and resilience under work pressure; detail-oriented with continuous learning ability.
• Good command of spoken and written English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred for effective collaboration with China-based teams.

1. Responsible for the receipt, storage, issuance, return, and transfer of raw materials, semi-finished products, and finished goods required for production, ensuring timely and accurate material flow.
2. Organize regular inventory checks to ensure consistency between system records and physical stock; analyze inventory structure, control obsolete/slow-moving and shortage risks, and ensure uninterrupted production.
3. Arrange material issuance according to the production plan to ensure timely supply to production lines.
4. Review receiving, delivery, and transfer documents to ensure ERP/WMS system data accuracy and timely updates.
5. Lead the warehouse team in task allocation, training, and performance management to improve overall capability and efficiency.
6. Optimize warehouse processes to enhance space utilization and operational efficiency, and promote 5S management and ISO standard implementation.
7. Enforce warehouse safety regulations, ensuring fire prevention, theft prevention, moisture-proofing, and pest control, while eliminating potential safety hazards.
8. Maintain effective communication with Purchasing, Production, Quality, and Logistics departments to support production and delivery.
9. Submit regular reports on inventory status, material turnover analysis, and obsolete material lists to provide decision-making support to management.

What we're looking for:

1. Diploma or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields preferred.
2. At least 5 years of warehouse or material management experience in manufacturing, with minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
3. Familiar with manufacturing material categories and warehouse management processes; proficient in SAP/WMS system operation.
4. Strong data analysis skills with the ability to plan inventory and material supply according to production needs.
5. Proven experience in team management, with strong communication, coordination, and sense of responsibility; able to work under pressure.
6. Familiar with 5S warehouse management and safety requirements; proficient in Excel, Word, and other office software.
7. Candidates who can communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin for team collaboration and work coordination will be prioritized.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and on time.
• Verify invoices, including delivery orders, and shipping documents for export invoices.
• Coordinate with logistics and export teams to ensure invoices match shipping and customs requirements.
• Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining billing records.
• Coordinate with sales, operations, and finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies.
• Support monthly closing activities and reporting.
• Handle customer inquiries related to invoices.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

• SPM with 1 year office work experience, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Basic knowledge of accounting and billing processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with ERP is an advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
