Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes, workflows, and work instructions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience
    in the home appliance or electromechanical industry in product development, process engineering, or manufacturing engineering (outstanding trilingual fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Familiarity with metal processing (stamping, welding), motor manufacturing, or product assembly (e.g., vacuum cleaners, air compressors) is preferred.
  • Knowledge of preparing process documentation (SOP, WI, PFMEA, Control Plan).
  • Familiarity with BOM management, product development process, and engineering change management (ECR/ECO) is an advantage.
  • Proficient in CAD/SolidWorks/ProE/CREO or other relevant mechanical design software.
