Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate with colleagues from the customer development department to receive and organize customer orders, and promptly enter them into the ERP order system to ensure timely order receipt and entry into the company's system.

Arrange for order reviews or communicate with production planning personnel of the corresponding product lines to schedule production, and provide the production start time and estimated shipping date.

If there are customization requirements for mass-produced products, communicate with the project department to follow up on the customization project until the product is successfully shipped and delivered.

Conduct regular finished goods inventory counts to ensure that the quantity ordered by JND matches the physical inventory.

Communicate periodically with production planning and quality personnel to gradually improve the on-time delivery rate of orders and the pass rate of finished goods quality.

Assist shipping and logistics in completing order deliveries to achieve the monthly order delivery rate targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or above, major is not limited.

No prior sales experience required. Candidates with a strong interest and willingness to work in sales support are welcome to apply. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.

Proficient in the operation and use of the SAP system to meet the work demands of timely order processing.

Possess strong cross-cultural communication skills and be familiar with business hospitality etiquette.

Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as fluent in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Salary Range: RM5000–RM7500.

Responsibilities

Plan, establish, and implement the company’s quality management system (such as ISO 9001). Draft and revise system documents such as quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions according to relevant standards and the company’s actual situation. Conduct regular internal audits of the quality management system to ensure its effectiveness and continuous improvement. Serve as the liaison between the company and external certification bodies, arranging and coordinating external audit activities.
