Kinesso is currently seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Staff Engineer (Tech Lead) to fill an immediate need. This individual should be comfortable with fullstack, from implementing visual designs to working with backend databases. We are looking for a technology professional who is able to manage, lead, mentor, coach & grow our technology team and can deliver business value in an environment that fosters creativity, play, and hard work. Key Responsibilities
- Manage, lead, mentor, coach & grow our engineering team
- Work directly with software engineering team in bringing visual ideas and concepts to life.
- Manage expectation from business owners to define and prioritize requirements, and architecting software & hardware solutions to their most critical needs incrementally.
- Collaborate with 3rd party vendors, and take a project from concept to design, development, release, and maintenance.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in leading a team size of 6 technical professionals
- Minimum 8 years of experience on Java OOP, Python, MySQL/Postgres, Linux, Apache/Nginx.
- Knowledge in design + Implementing scalable building blocks in AWS like: EKC, ECS, Auto Scaling Group, S3, Load Balancer.
- Experience interacting with 3rd party interfaces, example Google Analytics API / Facebook API. Familiarity writing your own APIs.
- Solid development, trouble shooting, bug tracking, and quality assurance methodologies
- Able to stay ahead of the curve with new and emerging technologies

- Provide L3 customer support, assist L2 support team members when needed.

Responsibilities
Make an impact The Technical Lead is a senior engineering role responsible for driving the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-quality software solutions. You will partner with project stakeholders to translate requirements into robust designs, lead cross-functional teams through development and integration phases, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction both remotely and on-site. As a hands-on technologist and mentor, you will architect solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide engineers to adopt best practices and optimize delivery. Technical/Commercial
Understand customer requirements: Work closely with project stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of user expectations and business objectives, enabling the development of well-informed features and enhancements. Design and develop software solutions: Lead the design and development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software components. Translate complex requirements into well-structured technical specifications and robust solutions that enhance system performance, reliability, and extensibility. Ensure alignment with architectural standards and contribute to continuous improvement of development practices. Quality assurance: Design and develop thorough unit tests, automated test suites, and stress tests, while actively identifying and resolving defects to ensure consistent product quality and reliability across all releases. Performance optimization: Monitor system performance and apply optimization techniques to improve responsiveness, scalability, and resource utilization. System Integration: Lead both on-site and remote integration efforts to guarantee the successful delivery of all project milestones. Documentation and maintainability: Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation for code, architecture, and development processes to support long-term maintainability and team collaboration. Continuous improvement: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and actively share this knowledge with the team through mentoring, code reviews, and technical discussions. Drive continuous improvement across engineering practices, development tools, and delivery processes to enhance team productivity, code quality, and system performance. Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior and mid-level engineers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning, technical growth, and adherence to best practices.
Customer Focus
Collaborate closely with Solutions Architects to ensure product features align with customer requirements and deliver optimal user value. Provide L3 customer support, assist L2 support team members when needed. Participate in commissioning and testing of the WMS at various sites.

Demonstrates the ability to lead and deliver in dynamic environments with evolving product goals and shifting technical requirements.
Teamwork
Actively foster strong collaboration and communication across development teams, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional departments. Adhere to established software development methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and quality. Effectively contribute to and lead distributed, cross-regional teams in a virtual environment, promoting alignment and shared ownership of product goals.

Communicates effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, demonstrating strong proficiency in articulating complex technical concepts and aligning them with business objectives.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering or any equivalent degree with at least 5 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role. Strong Java Programming skills Knowledge in SQL, OO, Java. Understanding of real time programming, relational database concepts and architecture Demonstrated ability to function well within a group. Written and verbal skills in English Willing to travel and work on site. Able to adhere to priorities and meet tight dateline. Willing to be handle L3 Support calls on shift basis if required. Practical software development experience in JEE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA, EJB, JSF is a plus Experience in Oracle Weblogic, Wildfly, Maven, Git Lab is added advantage.

Job Description Our Technology and Platform Services department designs and secures the platform that underpins all of our offerings, achieving scalability and continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration. EcoVadis is currently seeking a motivated Technical Lead to join our web applications teams. As the technical leader of the development team, you’ll be responsible for the architecture, design, and implementation of web-based solutions. You’ll not only spend time doing hands-on development, but you’ll also define architectures for new projects, perform code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers. You’ll actively collaborate with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams to integrate, test, and deliver complex software solutions in a timely fashion. The ability to self-direct, collaborate with remote team members, and interface with Product Management are key for this role. Some of the responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Take the ownership over architecture qualities (e.g.: availability, resilience, and scalability) of all solutions you build and deliver. Qualifications
7+ years working experience as a senior software engineer
2+ years in design and architecture review
2+ years building modern web applications based on Web APIs (REST, RPC-over-HTTP, WebSockets, CQRS, DDD etc.)
Expert knowledge in build web applications & Web HTTP APIs based on .NET stack with C# -
ASP.NET
MVC / Web API / Core, MS SQL Server.
Practical experience with microservices architecture.
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Ability to interview and contribute to the selection and training of engineers
Experience and clear understanding of how to plan and execute within iterations and sprints
Ability to work well in an international and multicultural environment in a fast-growing company.
Experience building enterprise-grade, public-facing web applications
Fluency in English required.
Self-driven and team player.
Practical experience with building enterprise JavaScript applications using React+Redux is a plus.

Palo Alto Networks is one of the largest line in Exclusive Networks SEAHK, and Cortex Cloud is Palo Alto Networks fastest growing platform. The Cortex Cloud Technical lead is responsible for driving the adoption of this technology in the channel across ASEAN supporting sales engagement from our regional and local sales team. This role will also work closely with Palo Alto Networks Cortex Cloud team and support them for existing strategic customer engagements, specifically on XSIAM engagements.
The Cortex Cloud Technical lead will also drive the upskilling of our Pre and Post Sales team on this technology through curated learning modules and also drive Exclusive Networks’ Managed SOC offerings in ASEAN market .
This role will report to Regional Business Manager
As the Technical Lead, you will:
- Actively support the Regional Business Manager (RBM) in channel engagement by driving technical conversations with partner communities to accelerate the adoption of Cortex Cloud.
- Collaborate closely with Palo Alto Networks’ regional and local Cortex Cloud technical teams to identify new opportunities where Exclusive Networks can add value, including direct customer engagements.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analyses with prospects’ technical teams to determine requirements and propose tailored solutions
- Deliver Proof of Concept (POC) demonstrations that align with enterprise-level customer requirements.
- Provide hands-on support during the preparation of RFPs/RFIs, proposals, solution architecture, design, training, and project planning.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Cortex Cloud, leading both internal and external product training sessions for sales and channel teams.
- Maintain and enhance Exclusive Networks' Centre of Excellence for Cortex Cloud.
- Ensure Exclusive Networks meets and maintains Cortex Cloud proficiency compliance across the ASEAN region.
- Lead initiatives to drive Managed Services (EN Managed SOC offerings) with a focus on Cortex solutions, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to execute and grow the program.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you
The ideal Technical ;Lead :
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in a technical role (pre-sales or post-sales)
- Experience working in a Security Operations Center (SOC), ideally with team management responsibilities
- Strong technical understanding of key security solutions (e.g., NGFW, SIEM, XDR, WAF, etc.
- Ability to effectively influence and communicate with technical stakeholders
- Exceptional attitude; proactive, problem-solver, and strong communicator
- High integrity and strong interpersonal skills
- This role is based in Malaysia or the Philippines and requires travel across ASEAN countries to support the Regional Business Manager
