Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Sales Assistant, located in Kuching. The Retail Sales Assistant will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting phone accessories that meet their needs and preferences, providing excellent customer service, maintaining product displays, managing inventory, and processing sales transactions.

Job Description:

1. Greet customers, answer inquiries about in house products, specifications, pricing, and financing options.

2. Stay informed about the latest models, features, and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

3. Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

4. Help track inventory levels and organize showroom displays to ensure they are appealing and up-to-date.

5. Assist in setting up promotional displays, distributing marketing materials, and participating in events or promotional activities.

6. Provide basic technical information and support regarding motorcycle maintenance and accessories.

7. Contact customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

8. Help in maintaining records, updating customer databases, and managing sales-related documentation

9. Handle customer complaints or concerns.

10. Prepare daily sales report and submit to the management.
