As a Business Development Executive, you'll support customers, build new business pipelines, follow up on leads, close deals, and prepare proposals for B2B customers. You'll also run product demos, conduct workshops, and manage walk-in customers, delivery, and drone inventory.

• Provide business development support to branch, particularly for Agriculture Vertical
• Assist in preparing Quotation, process Sales Order, Invoices and other sales-related documents intimeline manner.
• Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases for retail
• Handle operations at branch
• Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products and services
• Support the sales team in organizing meetings, demos, and client follow-ups
• Coordinate logistics and delivery schedules with relevant departments.
• Manage documentation related to sales contracts and agreements
• Support inventory management for demo units and sales materials

• Tertiary education from any fields. Fresh graduates who are interested with drone technology are welcomed to apply. Proven experience in similar role is a plus.
• Good communication skills, meticulous, accurate and possesses positive attitude.
• Independent, responsible and able to multitask.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the installation and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems on construction sites
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building regulations, safety standards and project requirements
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities
• Monitor site progress and quality of work, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
• Prepare detailed reports on site activities, measurements and test results
• Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
• Assist with the development and implementation of project plans and schedules

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years experience as an M&E Site Engineer in the construction industry
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations
• Familiarity with relevant building regulations, safety standards and quality control procedures
• Excellent project management, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate the activities of multiple subcontractors
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Responsibilities :

• To ensure wastewater treatment processes operating and perform as per operation need, safely and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with Department Of Environment (DOE) requirements.
• To respond and conduct wastewater treatment plant process control and monitoring effectively and efficiently.
• To conduct chemical tank top up, filter-press operation and cleaning.
• To ensure the work is performed in accordance with the specification and approved procedures.
• To conduct periodic and routine inspection to treatment processes according to the system recommendation and checklist.
• To troubleshoot treatment processes failure promptly and report to the superior of any abnormalities.
• Keep records of water quality and other indicator.
• To conduct maintenance to all of the equipment according to schedule, take care of all equipment and tooling given.

Requirements :

• Working experience in the related field
• Experience in DOE standard
• Knowledge of maintenance for pumps, valves, blowers and related equipment is preferred
• Certified by DOE as competent person for CePIETSO (PCP), CePIETSO (BP)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop, update, and optimize the master construction schedule using Primavera P6
• Prepare look-ahead schedules, catch-up plans, and perform delay analysis based on actual site progress
• Monitor progress, identify variances from the plan, and recommend corrective actions
• Generate regular progress reports including S-curves, Gantt charts, and narrative updates
• Coordinate with construction, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure schedule alignment
• Assist the Project Manager in progress reporting and planning coordination meetings

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in building or infrastructure projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (independently able to build, manage, and report schedules)
• Solid understanding of construction workflows and project controls
• Experience in Malaysian projects is an advantage
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Commit to working 6 days per week

• Conducting surveys and gathering data for land development and construction projects.
• Designing and setting up survey systems, including total stations and GPS receivers.
• Performing calculations and analyzing data to produce accurate survey reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering, Geomatics, or related field
• Professional licensing as a Surveyor (e.g., PLS or RPLS)
• Experience in using modern surveying equipment and software
