About the RoleAs a Business Development Executive, you'll support customers, build new business pipelines, follow up on leads, close deals, and prepare proposals for B2B customers. You'll also run product demos, conduct workshops, and manage walk-in customers, delivery, and drone inventory.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting existing customers and communicating with the Engineering team.
- Building new business pipelines and following up on sales leads and closing deals.
- Preparing and presenting proposals to B2B/enterprise customers.
- Running product demo & training workshops
- Handling walk-in customers as well as delivery and inventory of drones including spare parts.
- Tertiary education from any fields. Fresh graduates who are interested with drone technology are welcomed to apply. Proven experience in similar role is a plus.
- Good communication skills, meticulous, accurate and possesses positive attitude.
- Independent, responsible and able to multitask.
- Product training provided and able to work onsite in the AonicBranch.

ZINNIA is searching for a Factory Operator to be based near Kuala Lumpur . The company will provide lodging.
Candidates must have good knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical components . Promising candidates will have the opportunity for training in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore .
Responsibilities include:
- Maintenance of food packaging and food processing machines.
- Troubleshooting machine errors when problems arise.
- Assisting with machine installation and parts delivery.
- Liaising with colleagues for parts-related logistics matters.
- Monitoring and reporting customer feedback.
- Submitting weekly reports of jobs done.
- Performing any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical components. Experience in repairing industrial food processing machines is preferred.
- Languages: Bahasa Indonesia, conversational English.
- Skills: PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) required.
- Willing to travel for job assignments.
- Handling food processing machines involving beef and pork.
