pharmacies and hospital channels , ensuring consistent sales growth, and building long-term customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company health supplement products to pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, pharmacists, and healthcare personnel. Plan and execute territory coverage effectively, including outstation travel within Sarawak. Conduct product detailing and in-store training where required. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity updates to the Sales Manager. Participate in product launches, roadshows, and trade events. Requirements 2 years of sales experience, preferably in health supplements or pharmaceutical sales. Prior experience dealing with pharmacies and/or hospital procurement is highly advantageous. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, independent, and result oriented. Willing to travel extensively across Sarawak (including outstation visits). - Ensure healthy cluster performance in alignment with the Sales & Distribution team’s pyramid health guidelines.

- Provide first-level support by troubleshooting dealer and frontliner inquiries related to systems, products, and services.

- Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in in public relations and communications is an added advantage, especially in managing stakeholder engagement, dealer relationships, and brand representation.
- Experience in sales, particularly in working with dealers, distribution channels, and telco operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with dealers and channel partners.
- Results-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to travel within assigned territories and work outdoors, including weekends and public holidays when required.
