- To create loyal relationships with new customers by identifying and fulfilling sales and value-add opportunities such as, cross sales & up selling.

- Coordinate with external agencies (designers, copywriters) as needed for material production.
- Digital Marketing Assistance:
- Support the execution of digital marketing campaigns (e.g., email marketing and social media posts).
- Assist in managing and updating the company website content, ensuring information on services and promotions is current.
- Monitor social media channels for engagement and relevant industry discussions.
- Event Coordination:
- Coordinate logistics for company participation in local industry events, trade shows, webinars, and workshops (e.g., booth setup, material preparation, registration, lead capture).
- Assist in promoting events through various marketing channels.
- Quotation & Proposal Drafting:
- Draft and prepare accurate and professional quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective and existing customers, ensuring they reflect the specific IT Managed Services requested and company pricing policies.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team, Technical Team, and Management to gather necessary information (e.g., solution scope, technical specifications, service level agreements (SLAs)).
- Ensure timely submission of all sales-related documents.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, demo materials, and pitch decks, customizing them for specific client needs as required.
- Ensure sales team members have access to the most current and relevant sales tools.
- Lead Nurturing & Follow-up:
- Assist in qualifying inbound leads generated from marketing activities.
- Conduct initial outreach and follow-up with potential customers as directed by the sales team.
- Coordinate meetings and demonstrations between sales representatives and prospects.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling, data entry, and document organization.
- Manage and track licensing renewals and basic procurement tasks related to client accounts.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, lead generation efforts, and sales activities.
- Prepare regular reports on sales pipeline, conversion rates, and other key performance indicators (KPIs) for management review.

Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kota Damansara for a Sales & Marketing Executive. The Sales & Marketing Executive will play a vital role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and enhancing AFM Fulfillment’s market presence. - Participate in events and networking initiatives to expand market presence and build strategic partnerships.

About you
We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, results-driven and hands-on Sales and Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, student enrollment, and strategic partnerships for CARSOME Academy.
This role is critical in positioning the Academy as the leading automotive vocational training institution and training provider, taking charge of all sales and marketing initiatives from conception to execution, and connecting our marketing efforts directly to enrollment success.
Your Day-to-day
1. Strategic Planning & Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall sales and marketing strategy for CARSOME Academy, aligning with business growth objectives.
- Manage the departmental budget to ensure optimal allocation of resources and maximise ROI.
- Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing sales and marketing team.
- Provide regular reports on performance, market trends, and strategic insights to senior management.
2. Marketing & Brand Development:
- Oversee all digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media marketing, campaigns, and content marketing.
- Drive lead generation through targeted online and offline campaigns aimed at prospective students, parents, schools, and corporate partners.
- Manage the CARSOME Academy brand identity, ensuring consistent and compelling messaging across all platforms.
- Organize and manage recruitment events such as Experience Days, Consultation Day, school visits, and online webinars.
- Develop marketing collateral, including brochures, videos, website content, and presentations.
3. Sales & Student Recruitment:
- Lead the entire student recruitment lifecycle, from inquiry to enrollment, to consistently meet and exceed enrollment targets.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline using a CRM system.
- Establish and nurture B2B partnerships with corporations, workshops, and other organizations to secure corporate training contracts and student placements.
- Drive B2C sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our programs to individual students and their families.
- Conduct grassroots activities and guide prospective students through the application and admissions process.
4. Data Analysis & Optimization:
- Track, analyze, and report on KPI, such as Cost Per Lead (CPL), Lead Conversion Rate, Student Acquisition Cost (SAC), and enrollment figures.
- Utilize data analytics to gain insights into customer behavior, measure campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies
Your-Know-How
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 2 in a leadership role.
- Experience in the education or vocational training sector (TVET) is highly preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven success in driving enrollment or lead growth through integrated marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital channels: Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads, etc.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Description
- To provide superior customer service and bring in sales for company.
- As the liaison party between the maker and customer on all aspects such as order processing till shipment stage.
- Coordinate customer order with related department for order fulfillment in term of delivery on time, goods ship as per contract, quality & packaging requirement.
