Overview

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Operations Manager (Contract, Remote Role) for the APJ region to lead operational programming and manage the tech stack in Marketo and related platforms. Responsibilities

  • Optimize campaign performance, focusing on key metrics such as MQL conversion rate, database growth, and email performance
  • Manage and improve campaign and operational processes, including lead routing, lifecycle management, and scoring, to ensure efficiency and effective documentation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Marketing, Business Development, and other teams to gather requirements and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Perform regular campaign QA, including testing emails, validating links, and reviewing dynamic content
  • Provide insightful campaign performance reporting and optimization recommendations to key stakeholders

Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end campaign lifecycle management across the full MarTech stack
  • Proficient in campaign reporting and analysis, translating insights into actionable recommendations for marketing optimization
