Job Responsibilities Plan, manage, and optimise paid performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads to generate quality leads. Perform keyword research, competitor benchmarking, audience targeting, and A/B testing to enhance campaign effectiveness. Develop and manage landing pages and creative assets by working closely with the content and design teams. Track and analyse performance metrics providing actionable insights and recommendations. Assist in executing email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and event invitations. Support content marketing initiatives such as blog content writing. Contribute to ongoing website updates and conversion rate optimisation projects. Support the creation of product marketing collaterals such as whitepapers, brochures, pitch decks, and other sales enablement assets. Provide operational and executional support for marketing-led events and webinars. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Design to support integrated marketing projects. Manage and maintain CRM and marketing automation tools to support lead nurturing and customer engagement efforts. Prepare monthly campaign reports and share insights to improve performance across all digital touchpoints. Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing/ postgraduate diploma/professional degree in marketing/ mass communication/ journalism/ media or any other related field of studies. 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, with hands-on involvement in paid ads and campaign optimisation. Certified with Google Career Certificates for Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console is highly preferable. Experience using tools like Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and Zoho CRM (or other CRM/marketing automation tools). Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication, verbal, and writing skills in English to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders Highly organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Creating and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and content marketing.
- Conducting market research to understand the needs and preferences of our target audience and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Analyzing data, tracking metrics, and using insights to measure the success of our marketing campaigns and improve performance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and design to ensure consistency in messaging and brand image.
- Managing the company’s digital presence including website, social media, and other online channels.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key industry stakeholders including journalists, suppliers, and influencers.
- Creating and delivering presentations and reports on marketing activities, results, and recommendations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms including social media, email marketing, and Google Analytics
- Experience in conducting market research and using data to inform decision-making
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
- Understanding of SEO and SEM principles and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high degree of autonomy
- Willingness to learn and stay current with emerging trends and technologies in marketing
