Job Summary As a

Supply Chain Data Analyst , you will be a critical contributor to Altera’s supply chain transformation. You’ll use advanced analytics and data science techniques to deliver actionable insights, forecast performance, and improve operational resilience. Your work will help shape how Altera manages demand planning, supplier performance, risk mitigation, and material flow across our global network. This role is ideal for someone with deep data expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for building scalable solutions in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. Key Responsibilities Analytics & Insight Generation Analyze large datasets across procurement, logistics, inventory, and supplier performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Build statistical and machine learning models to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply risk mitigation. Create scalable dashboards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to empower cross-functional decision-making. Business Strategy & Partnership Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, operations, and engineering teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks. Partner with leaders across Altera to align analytics strategies with long-term supply chain goals. Support scenario modeling and strategic sourcing initiatives using advanced data tools and techniques. Technology & Tools Develop and maintain models and data pipelines using Python, SQL, R, and Power BI. Drive automation and continuous improvement of analytics workflows, from data ingestion to decision support. Qualifications:

Required: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. 10+ years of combined experience in data science, analytics, or supply chain strategy. Proficiency in Python, SQL, and advanced Excel; strong foundation in statistics and machine learning. Familiarity with supply chain concepts including sourcing, inventory management, demand planning, and logistics. Experience with ERP and SCM systems, such as SAP. Excellent communication and storytelling skills to explain complex findings to business stakeholders. Preferred: Master’s or PhD in a quantitative discipline (Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, etc.). Industry experience in semiconductors, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing environments. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualization platforms. Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, supply chain risk modeling, or digital twin environments. Job Type:

Job Overview

The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. This role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging best practices, and fostering a culture of excellence within the supply chain organization. • Develop Improvement Strategies: Formulate and implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance supply chain performance. • Conduct thorough analyses of current supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. • Lead and manage continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and measurable results. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with procurement, logistics, manufacturing, and IT teams to ensure alignment and integration of improvement initiatives. • Apply industry best practices and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to optimize supply chain processes. • Leverage data analytics to monitor supply chain performance and drive data-driven decision-making. • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by mentoring team members and encouraging innovative thinking. • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives. • Design and implement audit processes to systematically evaluate supply chain processes and compliance. Drive assessment of current capabilities - Identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. • Developing a global training strategy aligned with the SC organization's goals and objectives. Identifying skill gaps and learning needs to determine training priorities. Coordinating and facilitating training sessions, workshops, webinars, and other learning activities. • Overseeing the creation of training materials and resources. Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance. • Conduct regular assessments of supply chain performance across all functions to identify strengths and areas for improvement. • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. • Identify and mitigate risks within the supply chain to ensure stability and resilience.
