Job Requirements

• A PhD in Education or a closely related discipline. Specializations in educational psychology, digital learning, special education, or assessment and evaluation are highly desirable.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of teaching experience in higher education.
• A proven research track record in education or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of current educational trends, learning methodologies, and instructional technologies.
• Experience in academic program development or managing external educational partnerships is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with digital learning tools and technologies is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
