Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the integration of our inventory management processes into the Savvy system. This role offers hands-on experience in inventory operations, data handling, and system implementation. The intern will also assist other departments as needed and carry out any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

1. Migration and Integration of inventory data into Savvy ERP system

· Support data cleaning, validation, and formatting to ensure accuracy and consistency.

· Collaborate with team members to document processes and identify areas for improvement.

· Assist in determining inventory costing during the transition process.

· Participate in testing and feedback sessions for system features and workflows.

· Liaise with procurement department to gather costing information and ensure data accuracy.

· Coordinate with vessel PICs to facilitate project completion and data verification.

· Coordinate with the Savvy team to support the implementation and rollout of the system.

· Participate in meetings and discussions related to project planning, execution, and system implementation.

· Explore opportunities to adopt programming and AI tools to automate tasks and improve project efficiency.

2. Others

· Assist other departments with tasks or projects when required.

· Provide general administrative support and carry out ad-hoc tasks as directed by management.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's/Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, IT, Data Analytics, or related field

Interest in inventory management / ERP systems (experience with Savvy or similar ERP is an advantage)

Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data cleaning, formatting, basic formulas)

Good communication & teamwork skills (able to coordinate with multiple departments)

Analytical, detail-oriented, and willing to learn system integration processes

Basic knowledge/interest in programming or AI tools (bonus point)

Requirements

• Post-secondary education (bachelor's degree or equivalent) in a technical or business-related discipline
