As Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team. You will support the adoption of analytics into the reporting & decision-making processes across the Hilti organization. - Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of BI solutions, including data models, processes, and user guides.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and solutions, ensuring they can effectively utilise the available data.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BI development, data analysis, or a related role
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate) are highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Fluency in English – excellent verbal and written communication
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate concepts and ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet deadlines and work in a growing team

As Junior Business Intelligence Analyst - BW, you will be a part of the Global SAP Business Warehouse (BW) Team. You will support the use and adoption of reporting to enhance decision-making processes across the Hilti organization.

What You Need Is
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Technology/Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent with a CGPA of 3.5 & above
- Understanding of Business Intelligence principles, Data Warehousing, Data Modelling
- Know-how in SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BW on HANA or ABAP is advantageous
- An entrepreneurial and team player mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, interest in technical leadership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
