Facilitates Internal Collaboration & Support: Works closely with internal management and external professionals to ensure efficient implementation of corporate exercises, resolving any issues that arise. Additionally, provides support for AGM preparations and internal financial briefings.

The Successful Applicant A successful Corporate Finance Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Company Background We are representing our client; a proud subsidiary under a prestigious conglomerate in Laos and that have been around for almost 50 years. As they continue to expand with the newly established subsidiary in investment holding, they are seeking for a Financial Analyst (Project Finance) to join the team Job Responsibilities: Conduct financial analysis and modeling to evaluate project feasibility, ROI, and cost-benefit analysis Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring alignment with business objectives Analyze financial performance metrics and provide recommendations for optimization Budgeting & Forecasting Assist in the preparation of project budgets and financial forecasts. Track and monitor actual project expenditures against budgets, identifying variances and areas for cost control Support in scenario analysis and sensitivity testing for financial projections Identify financial risks associated with projects and recommend mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal policies, and project funding requirements Support audits and due diligence processes related to project finance Stakeholder Coordination Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and external stakeholders to ensure financial alignment Prepare and present financial reports, project status updates, and recommendations to senior management Support funding negotiations and liaise with banks, investors, or grant providers where applicable Job Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field A professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) or an MBA in Finance is a plus Min 3 yearsof experience in financial analysis, preferably in project finance Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and cost control for projects Knowledge of project finance structures, funding mechanisms, and risk assessment Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Excel) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Benefits and Other Info:

You will be part of Treasury & Corporate Finance, Asia Pacific and China (TCF AP&CN) team to facilitate SE business in Asia by providing coordinated and fit-to-purpose TCF solutions under TCF global governance framework.

TCF AP&CN overseas Siemens Energy business in multiple countries in Asia and is organized into teams. You will work independently and closely with internal and external collaborators and lead day-to-day problem-solving on various TCF topics depending on your team assignment:

How You’ll Make An Impact

  • Handle banking relationships, including negotiating agreements, onboarding, KYC, account authorization, and related technical setups.
  • Coordinate cash and credit facilities by supervising balances, negotiating credit lines, managing liquidity, and handling regional cash pooling.
  • Develop and implement money market strategies, including trades for excess cash management or financing needs.
  • Handle back-office functions such as confirming, settling, and balancing money market and FX trades, along with interest and mark-to-market processes.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, internal limits, and company standards across treasury activities.
  • Maintain accurate records, deliver relevant training, support internal controls, and assist with audits to promote visibility and consistency.


What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business administration, accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Validated experience in corporate treasury, ideally within a multinational company setting.
  • Proficient in business English and Chinese communication.
  • Collaborative team member with a sense of responsibility.
  • Demonstrates adaptability, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and treasury management systems.
