What You’ll Do- Identify and connect with potential clients in industries like weddings, events, corporate, retail, F&B, lifestyle brands, and beyond.
- Conduct market research to discover trends, client needs, and new opportunities in the photography/videography and creative media space.
- Create and deliver presentations & proposals that showcase how Picswanday can add value — whether it’s capturing unforgettable moments or helping brands stand out.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and maintain excellent communication to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate closely with our creative team to design custom solutions for clients, balancing their needs with our expertise.
- Be accountable for meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute directly to the company’s growth story.
- Represent Picswanday at networking events, exhibitions, and brand activations to expand our presence.
- Share feedback and insights from the market with management to help shape new service offerings.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and people skills . You’re confident meeting new people and can tell a compelling story.
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, client servicing, or event/media industry is great, but not required (we’re open to fresh grads with the right energy!).
- Self-motivated and results-driven . You don’t just wait for opportunities; you create them.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects with professionalism.
- Strong interest or passion for the creative industry (photography, videography, design, branding, media).
- Willingness to travel when required for client meetings, events, or business opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred — but not a dealbreaker if you have the hustle.
