Responsibilities

• Strategize, plan, forecast & identify the growth levers for each & every Key Account in order to achieve sales target & business goals.
• Engage and develop strong relationship with all assigned key customers to ensure maximum customers' satisfaction.
• Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities (e.g. new customer, new products range, & etc.)
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts, resolving issues, answering queries, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with inter department to ensure smooth operation and support overall supply chain process.
• Recommend action plan based on data gathered from market survey and report to the management accordingly.
• Plan and monitor all financial matters within team, so as to ensure all the expenditure are within budget.
• Ensure the consistency of debt collection and positive cash flow management.
• Maintain good relationship with other departments and also with the clients.

Qualifications

• Minimum Degree holder
• At least 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales and key account management
• Demonstrable track record of developing a portfolio of key accounts on a regional or national level
• Ability to build relationships with senior managers and decision makers
• Ability to engage and communicate effectively with customers at all levels
• Experience in developing new revenue streams

• Process Development & NPI Enablement
• Develop and qualify new wire bonding processes (ball/wedge bonding, Cu/Ag/Au wires) for leadframe, TSSOP, VSSOP, DHVQFN, and advanced packaging platforms.
• Define optimal bonding parameters including bonding force, ultrasonic power, time, temperature, and capillary design.
• Support process characterization, material compatibility studies, and engineering build reviews for NPI.
• Technology Roadmap & Advanced Materials
• Evaluate and implement advanced bonding technologies such as fine pitch bonding, low-looping, stitch-on-ball (SoB), dual bonding, or hybrid bonding.
• Work with wire vendors (Tanaka, Heraeus, AP&C) to evaluate and qualify new wire types (e.g., Pd-coated Cu, Ag alloy) for reliability and performance.
• Lead investigations into new capillaries, bonding tools, and surface finishes to improve bondability and reliability.
• Yield Improvement & Defect Reduction

About the role

Responsible for the development, optimization, and sustaining of wafer back grinding processes for semiconductor devices. The engineer will lead technology development projects, work with cross-functional teams, and collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-yield, low-cost, and reliable back grinding processes for volume manufacturing.

• Process Development:

  Develop and qualify wafer back grinding, stress relief, and cleaning processes for various wafer types and thickness requirements.

  Define and implement process parameters for thin wafer applications (e.g., ≤100 µm).

  Evaluate and introduce new equipment, materials, and process flows to meet future technology nodes.

• Technology Transfer:

  Support technology transfer from R&D to high-volume manufacturing (HVM).

• Process Optimization:

  Lead yield improvement and cost-reduction initiatives through process tuning and design of experiments (DOE).

  Develop and implement SPC and FMEA for robust process control.
