Prior work experience in project coordination or a similar role is desirable. Familiarity with the methodologies and tools of project management is essential. Proficiency with project management software (such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar applications) and the Microsoft Office suite is required. Ability to juggle multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication abilities, enabling effective dialogue with internal teams and external clients. Adept at identifying potential risks, analyzing challenges, and formulating solutions in a dynamic project environment.
