The IT Executive will be responsible for managing the daily IT operations of the hotel, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems to support excellent guest experiences and smooth internal operations. This role involves supporting hotel management systems, maintaining IT infrastructure, resolving user issues, and ensuring compliance with corporate IT policies and Hilton standards.
**What will I be doing?**
As the IT Executive, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
+ Provide first-level support for all hotel IT systems, including Point of Sale (POS), telephony, networking, Wi-Fi, and office IT.
+ Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software (PCs, servers, printers, switches, routers, etc.).
+ Monitor the performance of IT systems to determine cost and productivity levels and make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure.
+ Ensure data security, backups, and disaster recovery procedures are in place and up to date.
+ Work closely with corporate IT teams and vendors to implement global systems and upgrades.
+ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation of all systems and licenses.
+ Provide timely support to hotel departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, F&B, etc.) to ensure uninterrupted service to guests.
+ Support new employee IT onboarding and training on internal systems.
+ Ensure compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity policies and procedures.
+ Participate in annual IT audits, PCI DSS compliance checks, and data protection assessments.
+ Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for system support and maintenance.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Share responsibility with the Project Manager (PM) through close coordination for scope management, schedule, risk management, and quality management.
+ Accountable for the end-to-end software delivery to meet the schedule, cost and quality commitments.
+ Project Execution control: Build effective Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) as well as accurately track, update, and report task activity progress. Manage project team and activities to drive project deliverables
+ Communicate effectively with Project Manager, Customer, Project team (APAC and global), DevOps on project and technical items such as project status, risks and mitigation, scope, and issues

**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly motivated, talented Software Development Engineer with knowledge in CAD software for the development and maintenance of Design Automation Infrastructure at Sandisk. Some of the job roles are summarize below:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Engage in the development of our design automation infrastructure for the mechanical design process, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
+ Utilize machine learning and data analytics techniques to optimize the design process, develop a design recommendation system, identify anomalies, and support failure analysis.
+ Develop and maintain software tools to streamline simulation workflows, mitigate human error, and enhance the analysis of simulation results.
**Qualifications**
REQUIRED:
+ B.S. Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative/engineering field plus >3 years, or MS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related quantitative/engineering field.
+ Experience/coursework/research on CAD software and mechanical design process
+ Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, etc
+ Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving ability
+ Good communication, relationship skills and a team player
PREFERRED:
+ Experience/coursework/research in machine learning, deep learning and understanding of statistical modeling and data analytics concepts
+ Knowledge in structural, thermal or mechanical in package engineering.
+ Interested in semiconductor industry
SKILLS:
+ Proficient in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, C, etc
+ CAD software and mechanical design process
