Proven work experience with implementation and maintenance of Manufacturing Execution System (MES) and Computer Integrated Manufacturing (CIM) systems. Good understanding of business processes related to Outsourced Semiconductor Assembly and Test (OSAT) environment. Good knowledge of MES and CIM systems architecture and framework, systems development, message bus, web services, messaging API and related methodologies. System support, maintenance exposure and good overall knowledge of the features and functionalities of top-notch MES systems (e.g. FACTORYworks, Workstream, Camstar) are required. Hands on experience with programming tools such as C#, Visual Basic, .NET framework, SQL query language and relational databases. Strong technical background with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Good interaction skill with customers and internal users. Job functions
Manage, maintain and support MES and CIM systems and related projects in Assembly and Final Test facilities. Lead a team of Developers to develop and fulfill users’ applications change requests and integration requirements of MES and CIM systems. Lead the team to support and troubleshoot issues arising from the MES and CIM systems and/or interfaces to other enterprise systems.
