Job Summary

·   Perform assigned field service jobs and/or according to maintenance schedule in a timely manner and submit complete documentation to Service Engineer to ensure fulfilment of daily service tasks to customers' satisfaction and in meeting department's sales targets.

·   Complete and submit service reports timely to department's coordinator for capturing of man hours and travelling hours into SAP for analysis as and when required.

·   Conduct testing and equipment failure analysis on customers' equipment in order to improve and stabilize equipment performance during service tasks assigned. This includes making recommendations for parts whenever necessary.

·   Maintain allocated service tools and all Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) issued in accordance to required EHS standards and company policies.

·   Maintain the upkeep of service facilities and service vehicles according to 5S standards and recommend repair and servicing as and when required.

·   Participate in periodic service and safety training as scheduled to ensure constant update of product knowledge as well as to meet industry's EHS statutory requirements in carrying out related field activities.

·   Perform field activities according to EHS procedures and standards in order to achieve required safety standards.

Job Requirement

• Min Certificate or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.

Job Summary:

The Field Service Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Auto Car Wash Machines at customer sites. They ensure machines operate effectively, maintain customer satisfaction, and contribute to service excellence by adhering to SLA targets. Technicians are classified into four levels based on their experience and skills, with clear growth paths. Daily reporting via the system is mandatory, and tasks are assigned through a ticketing system monitored by the Customer Service Team.

Key Tasks:

2) Machine Maintenance, Troubleshooting & Reporting & System Documentation

3) Spare Parts & Chemical Management

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certificate in mechanical, electrical, or related field preferred.

• Hands Hands-on experience with automotive, machinery, or car wash equipment is an advantage.

Maintenance technician is responsible for carrying out various maintenance tasks, typically in a manufacturing environment. They install and inspect machines and electrical equipment and carry out preventive maintenance to ensure that industrial machines remain operational.

PLANT LEDGER / MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE

• Responsible for updated Plant Ledger
• Any maintenance jobs either carrying internal or external must be log into Plant Ledger . All downtime must be recorded
• Need to up date maintenance schedule and report Supervisor
• Need to ensure Preventive Maintenance is carrying according to weekly/daily schedule

CONSUMPTION / SPARE PART

• Monitor and check tools , consumption and spare part stock
• For common tools and consumption , maintenance staffs have authority for liase with supplier that state in list and follow purchasing procedure for ordering
• Monitor the quality of spare part for ensure no impact to equipment / machinery perfomance

MAINTENANCE / REPAIR / SERVICE

• Maintenance staffs are responsibility to carry out internal repairing works of machinery and plant facility
• For maintenance that's involve outside contractor , maintenance staff have authority contact contract as per stated in contractor list
• Will refer to Senior Maintenance Executive if necessary contact other contractor than stated in contractor list

DAILY OBSERVATION

• Daily monitor and observe facility and equipment for ensure operated at maximum performance
• Ensure maintenance / servicing job are carrying properly
• Responsible for daily operating of support machine and facility eg : air compressor , dust collector etc .

PRODUCTION SUPPORT

• Work closely with operation members and proactively get feedback on equipment performance
• Take immediate action on operation members highlight regarding plant facilities and equipment failure
• Put intiative for ensure equipment and accessories in good condition and operate at maximum performance

To install, configure, and maintain GPS tracking devices and related accessories in vehicles and equipment, ensuring reliable system performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Install GPS tracking devices and accessories such as fuel sensors, cameras, buzzers, immobilizers and etc in vehicles (cars, trucks, machinery).

• Perform wiring, mounting, and configuration according to company standards.

• Test installed devices and accessories to confirm proper functionality and connectivity.

• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace faulty GPS units or accessories.

• Maintain records of installations, service reports, and customer feedback.

• Ensure safety and quality compliance during installation.

• Travel within Johor and surrounding areas for installation and maintenance work.

Requirements

• Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Automotive, IT, or related field.

• Experience in electronics wiring, automotive electrical systems, or GPS/telematics installation preferred.

• Ability to read wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to travel for site installations (company transport/allowance provided).
