This may include:
+ Preparation of compelling presentations and communication materials to management
+ Effectively report and maintain management information dashboards* Proactive business partners across Actuarial, Finance, Marketing & Distribution (both Agency and Partnership Distribution) functions to provide value add / support and deliver company financial and strategic objectives. This includes, but not limited to:
+ Marketing campaigns & distribution incentives financial assessments (i.e. IRR, cost-benefit analysis)
+ Able to effectively communicate financial impact across different functions
+ End-to-end facilitation of approvals
+ Partners to Actuarial and responsible to provide drivers on growth metrices and business strategies for holistic reporting and forecasts of financial KPIs* Facilitate review & approval of distribution incentives / sales models to ensure delivery of intended financial & strategic returns on investment / spend* Perform data analytics on key driving indicators to provide qualitative and quantitative outcomes with recommended solutions to senior management.
