Job Overview- To perform internal and external quality checks for new lead verification and compliance

The Practices Sales Lead will be responsible for shaping and executing the go-to-market strategy for a defined sector practice (e.g., ConsumerTech, Mobility, Infrastructure, China Desk). This role is at the front line of Daythree's growth journey, translating strategy into revenue by building key client relationships, driving large-scale pursuits and positioning Daythree as the Digital-First BPS provider of choice in APAC.
The Practices Sales Lead is a trusted commercial strategist and hands-on dealmaker, accountable for expanding Daythree's presence within their sector by winning high-value, multi-country contracts. They will combine deep industry knowledge with strong commercial acumen to craft compelling value propositions, lead complex pursuits, and open new growth pathways through client, partner, and ecosystem engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Own practice GTM strategy across APAC: target segments, Ideal Customer Profile, value propositions, and Annual Contract targets (quarterly & annual).
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline (Key accounts + regional logos), driving disciplined pursuit playbooks and account-based selling.
- Lead end-to-end pursuits for complex, multi-country deals: lead solutioning, pricing, negotiations and commercial close.
- Translate market needs into practice offerings; partner with Product/Delivery to shape commercial packages and scalable delivery models.
- Drive cross-sell and upsell motions to maximize wallet-share and reduce client concentration risk.
- Provide monthly forecasting, win/loss analysis, and actionable market intelligence.
- Represent Daythree externally at sector events, client briefings and executive meetings to build credibility and pipeline.
Skills & experience
- Proven track record selling complex BPS/tech-enabled services across APAC with enterprise / regional clients.
- Experience landing multi-country, multi-service deals (preferably $5M+ TCV pursuits).
- Strong commercial acumen: solution pricing, commercial negotiation, contracting for multi-country deals.
- Deep sector expertise in the assigned practice (ConsumerTech, Mobility, Infrastructure or China-market engagements).
- Ability to construct compelling value propositions blending AI/automation, platforms, and human-delivered services.
- Strong stakeholder management at C-level and with delivery leaders; credible as a trusted advisor.
