Qualifications for the role

• Ability to demonstrate your knowledge in ABB PLC series, 800XA System, various communication standards & protocols, S/W revision tracking tools, OPC & Networking.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge in commissioning of Power and Energy Management System (PEMS), ESS Solution, IAS, Remote Control System (RCS), Enhanced Powerplant protection system (EPPS) is desired.
• Degree or Masters in relevant Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge on Marine Systems, classification society requirement for automation system, commissioning & trouble shooting is desired.

• You are at ease communicating English.

How do you help keep the Netherlands running? As Sub Project Lead Electrical/Instrument/Telecom, you will oversee the construction of low voltage systems and telecom equipment for the delivery of three 2GW topsides and jackets at the shipyard in Malaysia. For the first 3-6 months you'll be based in Arnhem, The Netherlands. After this you will move to Johor Bahru, Malaysia on a residential basis. This role ensures construction quality, contract compliance, and technical decision-making, providing key information to the Lead Site Manager.

Additionally, You Will Be Responsible For

• Overseeing construction works, all LV electrical, instrument, and telecom systems during mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning.
• Participating in all testing and commissioning activities for the assigned scope and system integration tests.
• Lead design reviews, inspections and handovers, coordinate technical documentation reviews. Approve contractor performance for design and construction contracts and coordinate specialists in Malaysia and the Netherlands.

You are responsible to supervise all electrical (related) disciplines and activities on the yard during all phases (i.e. mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning). You will be supported by other inspectors where required. During the construction phase, you are responsible for ensuring that the contractor meets all TenneT’s requirements and that the platform is built in accordance with the design. The scope includes: low voltage equipment and systems such as auxiliary power system, LV distribution system, lighting, lightning, earthing and bonding, UPS systems, generators, telecommunication equipment, cabling, etc.

You will report to the Lead Site Manager and work together with different Sub Project Leads for Electrical, Instrumentation and Automation in the project, based in The Netherlands.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all LV electrical, instrument and telecom systems during all phases of the construction, i.e. mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning;
• Participate in all testing and commissioning activities for the assigned scope;

The Project Procurement Lead is responsible for supporting the efforts of the Regional Sourcing operation to ensure a continuous supply of needed goods, services, or external labor are sourced according to field services’ requirements, EHS and Quality standards, and competitive costs. • Deliver cost targets by sending RFQ’s and quoting PLM demands

• Understand JCE/budgets for PLM demands. Focus on driving costs below JCE/budget. Work with SM’s to improve future JCE/budgets
• Ensure consistent RFQ process/templates are utilized. Work with Sourcing Managers to improve RFQ templates and process
• Identify subregion specific suppliers to support business needs
• Closely monitor all assigned projects and take appropriate action to ensure their successful completion
• Work with Sourcing Manager to ensure appropriate contracts are in place before utilizing new suppliers
• Award business to preferred, approved, and fully qualified suppliers and ensure that appropriate contracts/PO language are in place. Ensure compliance to No PO, No Pay policy
• Support Sourcing Manager in development of commodity strategies. Utilize commodity and cost strategies to quote subregion PLM demands
• Gather supplier and market intelligence and provide to Sourcing Managers and regional team
• Assist supplier development initiatives and lead projects in collaboration with them (i.e. Productivity, etc.)
• Manage NCR’s and claims (COPQ) and associated corrective actions with suppliers
• Ensure final invoicing aligns with expected costs (initial quotes, PR/PO, etc.)
• Develop strong working relationships with Service Managers, Outage Managers, and Productivity team
• Attend and be a strong contributor during 3M, ORR, and POR reviews. Ensure appropriate sourcing strategies are being utilized, SOW’s received, new supplier needs identified, all PR’s entered, suppliers onboarded, final scopes provided to suppliers, understand cost overruns, gather feedback on supplier safety, quality, and performance, record lessons learned, and adjust sourcing strategy as needed

Responsible for the successful execution of the Dynamics 365 rollout within Malaysia and Singapore. As the face of IT locally regarding Dynamics 365, this role ensures alignment with regional strategy, manages local implementation activities, and coordinates cross-functional teams and vendors to deliver project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Local Implementation Delivery
• Drive ERP, integration, reporting, testing, data migration, and cutover activities.
• Ensure local readiness and alignment with regional timelines and strategy.
• Coordinate with local and external teams to manage dependencies and deliverables.

2. Project Governance & Methodology

• Apply regional PMO governance standards, tools, and documentation practices.
• Track project progress using ADO, SharePoint, and MS Project dashboards.

3. Stakeholder Engagement

• Engage with local business leaders, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Facilitate communication between local and regional stakeholders.
• Support the working committee and local MY &SG leadership team on status meeting & update
• Execution and coordination of cutover, ensuring business continuity.
• Support early life operations and transition to BAU.

5. Change Impact & Readiness

• Support change impact assessments on your area of responsibility and readiness planning.
• Coordinate training and communication with business stakeholders.
• Monitor local satellite system Integrator deliverables against SOW and SLA.
• Ensure quality of service and timely execution.

7. Day-to-Day Project Coordination

• Manage local meeting invites and scheduling.
• Prepare and distribute minutes of meetings (MOM).
• Coordinate logistics for visitors and onsite activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 5–10 years of experience working with ERP systems,
• Proven expertise in ERP for Finance and Supply Chain is essential, ideally with Dynamics 365.
• Strong experience in project coordination and stakeholder engagement across business and IT teams.
• Excellent communication skills—able to convey complex topics clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management—able to build trust, influence decisions, and manage expectations.
• Detail-oriented and accountable—takes ownership of deliverables and follows through with precision.
• Proficient in project tools such as ADO, SharePoint, and MS Project.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
