Talent Management is an integral part of entire Human Resources’ value proposition to the larger organization. The role is primarily responsible to provide corporate leadership on group-wide talent management strategy and execution roadmap, which includes learning & development, succession planning, talent review and assessment, organization design and structure & etc.
It is imperative for this role to demonstrate enterprise level’s competency to strategize the Talent Management initiatives effectively, execute each initiative systematically with speed and quality; and measure the short vs long term impact to the organization.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Talent Management & Succession Planning
- Develop and oversee an integrated talent strategy that supports workforce planning, career progression, internal mobility, and leadership succession.
- Lead the implementation of HiPo identification programs, development journeys, and career architecture across global markets.
- Collaborate with country HR leads and business heads to identify and close talent gaps.
- Build and maintain a robust Group-wide talent database with actionable dashboards and insights.
- Learning & Development (L&D)
- Lead the L&D strategy focusing on future skills, leadership readiness, digital fluency, and technical upskilling.
- Design and manage Group-wide learning programs including executive education, virtual academies, and certified pathways.
- Leverage e-learning platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, custom LMS) to promote continuous learning.
- Monitor training ROI through knowledge assessments, impact measurement tools, and business outcomes.
- Performance Management & Capability Building
- Champion a high-performance culture through the rollout of agile performance processes including KPIs, continuous feedback, and periodic reviews.
- Enhance manager capability in performance coaching, behavioral feedback, and career development conversations.
- Analyze performance data to influence talent movements, rewards, and development planning.
- Continuously refine the Group’s performance management system and policy.
- Employee Engagement & Experience
- Drive strategic and regional engagement plans that promote inclusion, psychological safety, recognition, and connection.
- Lead Group-wide culture and employee sentiment surveys, data analysis, and action planning with local HR.
- Design and implement year-round engagement campaigns, cultural moments, and recognition programs in collaboration with business leaders.
- Travel regularly to key offices (Hong Kong, Thailand, Philippines, UAE) for site-specific activities.
- Strategic Leadership & Transformation
- Act as a change leader in aligning the people agenda with organizational transformation goals.
- Foster cross-country collaboration while maintaining respect for local cultures and needs.
- Coach and mentor regional HR teams and build their capabilities in talent, learning, performance, and engagement practices.
- Oversee budget planning and vendor management related to development and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or relevant field of study is preferred.
- 7-10 years of HR experience including Learning & Development and Talent Management.
- Proven expertise in at least three of the following: Talent Management, L&D, Performance, Engagement.
- Regional or global exposure, especially across Asia and the Middle East, is required.
- Certification in psychometric tools, coaching, instructional design, or performance systems is a plus.
- The person preferably should have experience in the Direct Selling, FMCG, Banking, Logistics or relevant industries.
Requirements:
- Language literacy – excellent in speaking, writing and reading of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Computer literacy – working knowledge with learning management system platforms, virtual learning tools, Microsoft office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint, teams, outlook)
- Attribute: Strategic, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, result-driven, innovative, customer focus, persuasive and effective communicator
- Strategic thinking with the ability to translate vision into execution across borders.
- Deep knowledge of global talent practices, adult learning theory, and digital L&D tools.

- Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership and multicultural teams.
- Data-driven and outcome-oriented with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.

- Strong at managing KPIs and deliverables to ensure it is aligned with Company’s ambition and goals
- Passionate in understanding what drives performance of the Company and its line of businesses
- Driven in finding opportunities or solutions to close gaps and heighten Company’s performance
- Support Head of Strategy (HoS) in preparing, reviewing, and facilitating the annual business plan. Ensure alignment with Group Strategy and manage overall planning timelines effectively
- Conduct regular (e.g., monthly) performance reviews and forecasting exercises for subsidiaries and Group wide COGS, which includes non-mobility line of business. Engage with commercial and product stakeholders to analyze trends and performance drivers
- Assess and challenge assumptions, business drivers, and strategic plans to ensure alignment with company ambitions, financial goals, and scorecard targets
- Lead or Co Lead end-to-end financial performance management, covering revenue and COGS. Deliver deep-dive analyses and actionable insights to guide commercial teams in decision-making
- Work closely with finance business partners or direct to Business Unit to support commercial stakeholders. Champion process harmonization and automation within the FP&A function to drive efficiency across entities including subsidiaries
- Track key performance indicators accurately, including those for subsidiaries, and proactively flag potential business risks based on analytical findings
- Coordinate with the Company Performance, Corporate Cost Management, and Data Intelligence teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Management, Principals, and the Board, covering the full group structure
- Identify and support initiatives for cost optimization and revenue enhancement, particularly within the subsidiaries, with full consideration of COGS structure and efficiency
- Provide performance analysis and strategic support to subsidiaries, ensuring their KPIs, financial health, and strategic initiatives align with the Group’s objectives
- Participate in or lead special projects and business reviews, including those involving subsidiaries, as assigned by the HoS. Deliver ad hoc analysis and reporting requests to support evolving business needs
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field with a strong mathematical/logical foundation
- 5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in financial planning and analysis, performance management, or corporate finance
- Experience in telecommunications (Telco) and/or Fintech industries is a strong advantage
- Proven track record managing performance across multiple business units, entities or subsidiaries
- Experience in building automated dashboard to track performance levers is an added advantage
- Advanced analytical skills and a strong understanding of business and financial dynamics, including COGS
- Preferably, proficiency in SQL with the ability to write and develop custom queries
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex insights clearly
- Experience in post-mortem analysis and developing insight-driven presentation decks
- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, independent, proactive, and results-oriented with a "can-do" attitude
- Strict adherence to reporting timelines—non-negotiable
- Flexibility to handle ad hoc tasks and shifting priorities as business needs evolve

Role Summary
To DRIVE Sales and Retail organization performance management processes aiding management’s decision making, including strategy business-financial modeling, target setting, forecasting, business operation performance reporting, impact assessment, and deviation analysis of various strategic and commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities
Commercial Optimization Program- Provide insights and commercial metrics on business performance leading to strategy business modeling, annual target setting, forecasting with monthly estimates, and diligently following up on action plans to meet marketing performance targets.
- Deliver business performance dashboards or ad hoc analyses covering revenue, costs, and profitability as requested by management.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Technology teams on performance system capabilities, analytical solutions, and performance management processes.
- Lead strategic projects and ventures, advising project teams on commercial aspects.
- Coordinate forecasting, reporting, and management of top-line and operational metrics.
- Monitor and report financial details of revenue, assessing the effectiveness of initiatives by channel, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Identify key drivers, risks, and gaps; propose mitigation strategies for business owners.
- Prepare regular reports on top-line metrics, targets, and progress for management review.
Requirements
- Recognized degree in Commerce, Statistics, Finance, or equivalent.
- 5-8 years of experience in business performance management, strategy, or project management.
- Strong analytical skills with good business and commercial acumen.
- Proficiency in business modeling, commercial planning, and project management.
- Knowledge of business intelligence tools, scripting, and SQL is advantageous.
- Proactive, agile, and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, capable of guiding teams to achieve business goals.
- Strong strategic and commercial understanding, with the ability to interpret key business insights.
- Resourceful in managing data sources and information systems.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with experience engaging senior stakeholders and regional teams.

- Managing daily HR employee data operations, guaranteeing services are delivered with precision and speed, consistently monitoring delivery to meet established KPIs and our agreed-upon Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure all team service delivery adheres to compliance and audit requirements.
- Comply with all data integrity, security, and privacy policies, as well as applicable regulations.
- Analyze and review new service requests, assessing impact and providing recommendations to the management team.
- Drive Excellence & Innovation:
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of data professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration through daily activities and projects.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, including leveraging technology to optimize processes.
- Develop relevant service performance measures for the team to enhance service delivery quality.
- Collaborate effectively with other functional teams to ensure an integrated approach to HR service delivery, including participation in Service Review meetings with countries.
- Lead and drive new transition activities to GBSC HR APAC, ensuring compliance with standardized processes and statutory regulations.
- Lead the implementation of HR projects and initiatives with the primary goal of delivering world-class HR services to the Group.
- Foster Communication & Growth:
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders (customers, vendors, etc.).
- Define strategies to support the hiring plan for the GBSC HR APAC team.
- Shape the Future of HR Data:
- Define and execute the long-term vision for HR data management, ensuring alignment with the Global BSC's data strategy and all regulatory requirements.
- Lead and collaborate closely with the HR Community, HR Business Partners, and HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) on regular data review exercises to guarantee data integrity and quality.
- Oversee and optimize the secure distribution of HR data, both within HR and to external consumers, by implementing appropriate access controls and data security measures.

- A minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in managing HR data, with at least 5 years in a lead or people manager role, ideally within an HR function.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- HR Shared Service Setup and Transition: Support the setup activities of a HR Shared Service which includes the following but not limited to: a. Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations. b. Support the implementation of HR Shared Services supporting tools and technologies c. Support key activities (i.e. training and etc) for a successful transition to the shared service center. 2. HR Shared Service Operations a. Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). b. Perform relevant data updates, reviews and validation of employee data against supporting documents to ensure high quality of data maintained in all HR systems. c. Comply with data integrity, security and privacy policies and applicable regulations. d. Perform the relevant tasks to extract, import, and export of data from various systems for submission to the relevant parties. e. Generate all required standard reports based on the predefined schedule and validate accuracy of reports before submitting to customers. f. Assist in generation of ad hoc report requests from customers. g. Contribute to and participate in data review exercises on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality. h. Ensure proper documentation and administration of requests as per the agreed operational process and procedures. i. Work closely with HR Shared Service Centre Data and Reporting Team Lead to execute any process improvements within the department. j. Escalate issues and data quality issues for resolution quickly and follow through to closure. k. Assist on other operation tasks as a backup role in the absence of team members. l. Perform regular updates and enhancements to job aids, standard operating procedures, FAQs, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in resolving employee enquiries and issues.
The successful candidate should have:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 1-2 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service center environment, preferably in a HR services environment.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience and involvement in HR related projects.
- Strong communication skills in English & Mandarin, both written and spoken as the role requires candidates to manage Mandarin speaking stakeholders/employees.
- Knowledge in usage of HR systems to perform the relevant data management and reporting activities. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office / Google suite of software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the employee data.
- Knowledge of data privacy act and other data related regulations.

HR Data Management Senior Analyst (Korean Speaker)
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
- HR Shared Service Setup and Transition: Support the setup activities of a HR Shared Service which includes the following but not limited to: a. Transition activities across APAC ensuring compliance to standardized processes as well as statutory regulations. b. Support the implementation of HR Shared Services supporting tools and technologies c. Support key activities (i.e. training and etc) for a successful transition to the shared service center. 2. HR Shared Service Operations a. Process all service requests assigned in an accurate and timely manner, within the agreed service levels and targets as defined in the Service Level Agreement (SLA). b. Perform relevant data updates, reviews and validation of employee data against supporting documents to ensure high quality of data maintained in all HR systems. c. Comply with data integrity, security and privacy policies and applicable regulations. d. Perform the relevant tasks to extract, import, and export of data from various systems for submission to the relevant parties. e. Generate all required standard reports based on the predefined schedule and validate accuracy of reports before submitting to customers. f. Assist in generation of ad hoc report requests from customers. g. Contribute to and participate in data review exercises on a regular basis to ensure data integrity and quality. h. Ensure proper documentation and administration of requests as per the agreed operational process and procedures. i. Work closely with HR Shared Service Centre Data and Reporting Team Lead to execute any process improvements within the department. j. Escalate issues and data quality issues for resolution quickly and follow through to closure. k. Assist on other operation tasks as a backup role in the absence of team members. l. Perform regular updates and enhancements to job aids, standard operating procedures, FAQs, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in resolving employee enquiries and issues.
The successful candidate should have:
- Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.
- 3-5 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service center environment, preferably in a HR services environment.
- Experience and involvement in HR related projects.
- Strong communication skills in English & Korean, both written and spoken as the role requires candidates to manage Korean speaking stakeholders/employees.
- Knowledge in usage of HR systems to perform the relevant data management and reporting activities. Familiarity with Workday is preferred.
- Knowledge and skill in the use of Microsoft Office / Google suite of software.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality with the handling of the employee data.
- Knowledge of data privacy act and other data related regulations.

Are you a MATCH?
The successful candidate should have:
Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent. 3-5 years experience in data management and reporting in a shared service center environment, preferably in a HR services environment. Experience and involvement in HR related projects. Strong communication skills in English & Korean, both written and spoken as the role requires candidates to manage Korean speaking stakeholders/employees.
