Responsibilities:-

  1. To check workers attendance in accordance to the roster in the daily roll call

  2. To ensure all workers are working following HIRARC & SWP

  3. To plan and ensure sufficient manpower are available to carry out the routine shift work

  4. To handle and monitor discipline for 30+ subordinates

  5. To take proactive action to solve the issues may arise during kiln operation without shut fire.

  17. To implement action to achieve the required quality for clinker & cement.

  18. Serve as a role model for all Operations personnel in terms of work performance, discipline, and professional conduct.

  19. Comply with all instructions issued by superiors (Production Manager/Shift Coordinator), provided such instructions do not contravene company rules and regulations.

Job Qualification:-

  • Minimum Diploma in a related field.
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Willing to work on a shift pattern.
  • Able to work in a dusty environment.
  • Candidates with experience in a cement plant will have an added advantage.

  • Assists in the training of new employees.
