Challenges You’ll Tackle (Accountabilities & Responsibilities)
- Take ownership of selected clients and develop their marketing strategies.
- Plan and oversee marketing campaigns for global clients.
- Performance management and analytics: Continually track, measure, analyse and report on effectiveness of demand creation campaigns and impact on pipeline for multiple stakeholders, making recommendations for future programs and investments, reporting on results vs targets; optimising plans through test, and adopting new or best practice approaches.
- Ensures proper result monitoring of all campaigns/projects managed. Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field.
- 5+ years proven track record in marketing within the technology sector including GTM strategy development and strategic planning, brand, product value proposition and messaging, content development, activity/campaign design, direct & digital marketing, social media.
- Superior communication (verbal, written, presentation) and analytical skills demonstrating strong financial management acumen
- Ability to develop new methods and big ideas, strong innovative and creative thinking ability.
- Strong process and effective project management skills driving execution cross-functionally with competing deadlines and priorities. Ability to work strategically and tactically.
- Highly results-driven, customer-centric, collaborative.
- Strong reporting cadence with attention to pipeline numbers and optimisation of funnel metrics

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintaining an accurate and effective general ledger, including fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable sub-ledgers.
- Preparing and processing payments and collections.
- Conducting timely bank and key account reconciliations.
- Preparing and posting journal entries for the month end closing.
- Preparing daily cash flow to ensure timely execution of payments and fund transfers.

- Processing payments for direct and indirect taxes.

Qualifications

Experience

Strong knowledge in management accounting and double entries.
Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications especially MS Excel (advance level)

Key Accountabilities : Assisting the Section Head in overseeing the efficient operation of cash management and management accounting functions, encompassing month end closing, payment processing, collections, and reconciliations.
Key Duties And Responsibilities :
- Maintaining an accurate and effective general ledger, including fixed assets, accounts payable, and accounts receivable sub-ledgers.
- Preparing and processing payments and collections.
- Conducting timely bank and key account reconciliations.
- Preparing and posting journal entries for the month end closing.
- Preparing daily cash flow to ensure timely execution of payments and fund transfers.
- Processing claims for staff reimbursements.
- Processing payments for direct and indirect taxes.
- Performing additional ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor as required.
Qualifications : Job Specifications : Experience : Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualifications. Minimum 3 years’ working experience in handling account receivables, account payables, general ledger, month end closing activities, payments, receipts and intercompany transactions.
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities :
- Strong knowledge in management accounting and double entries.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications especially MS Excel (advance level)
- Knowledge/experience in Oracle Accounting system would be an added advantage.
- Good analytical, problem-solving skills and resourceful.
- Must be independent, initiative, and have high level of integrity.
- Result oriented and proactive.
- Organised and accurate.
- Team player.
