Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition & Development is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent, and overseeing employee learning and development programs to support organizational growth. This role also involves ensuring HR processes comply with ISO requirements, maintaining proper documentation, and participating in audits to uphold quality management standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition
- Manage full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer management.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify manpower needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and talent pipelines.
- Ensure fair, transparent, and ISO-compliant recruitment documentation and procedures.
Talent Development
- Plan, design, and implement training & development programs in alignment with organizational needs.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training plans.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report training effectiveness and ROI.
- Support career development initiatives, succession planning, and competency development frameworks.
ISO & Compliance
- Ensure HR processes (recruitment, training, employee records) are compliant with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and update ISO documentation, SOPs, and training records related to HR.
- Participate in internal and external ISO audits; coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Provide support in continuous improvement initiatives within HR in line with ISO standards.
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Training & Development.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and HR compliance documentation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office and HRIS systems.
