Responsibilities:
1.Developing project weekly plans for the technical aspects.
- Preparing work method statements ensuring compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
3.Managing RFI/RFA documents and ensure they are up to date from time to time and provided to site on time.
4.Managing construction drawings and ensure they are up to date from time to time and is provided to site on time.Responsible for identifying and sorting out structural drawing issues and coordinating timely solutions.
5.Communicating with stakeholders, including property owners, site RE , site RA and subcontractors to resolve technical issues.
6.Coordinating with other departments within the organization, including BIM, Archi, M&E and Contract Departments.
7.Preparing site correspondence for submission as when required.
8.Drafting RFI/CAI/Letter if necessary.
9.Assist to translate the relevant documents assigned by superior.
Requirements:
1.Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
2.Relevant experience in construction, with a focus on technical design and engineering
3.Good knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD, MS Office skills.
4.Strong management skills, good team work.
5.Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
6.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
7.Compliance with company regulation.
8.Proficient in English, Chinese for speaking and writing.
