Contract Principal Accountabilities Senior Engineer, Piping Construction (Offshore) shall be responsible for, but not limited to, the following: Provide support for technical bid clarifications and review technical proposals related to Piping Construction for Offshore Platforms from EPCIC bidders. Manage and supervise the EPCIC Contractor and their Subcontractors in the Piping Construction processes, including Fabrication, Erection, Hydrotest, Reinstatement, and Pre-Commissioning of the Lang Lebah Offshore Central Processing Platform (CPP). Assist the Construction Manager in expediting and closely monitoring Construction work progress, analyzing root causes, and providing mitigations/solutions in case of delays. Qualifications Bachelors degree or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Masters degree in civil is advantageous but not necessary. Possesses a professional certificate from accredited Bodies/Associations, providing an advantage but not necessary. Minimum of 15 years of direct experience in Offshore Platform Piping Construction works, including involvement in CPP EPC/EPCI/EPCIC Construction projects. Demonstrates work experiences on both the Client side (with major O&G Companies) and EPC Contractor side (with major Offshore EPC Contractors, such as McDermott, Saipem, Hyundai Heavy Industries, Samsung Heavy Industries, MMHE, or equivalent). Exhibits extensive knowledge and experience in Piping Engineering/Construction of Offshore Platforms, including quality control, schedule control, and project management. Familiarity with international codes and standards related to Offshore Piping Engineering Design, Fabrication, Testing, and Quality Standards in the Oil & Gas industry and relevant local regulations.
