Senior Executive, Project Management Report To
Assistant Manager, Project Management Position Summary
To lead and coordinate strategic project planning and execution within Airport Services, focusing on operational excellence and digital customer journey initiatives. To ensure project alignment, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of key transformation programs that enhance service delivery, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Accountability
Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic projects within Airport Services, focusing on initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and elevate the end-to-end customer journey. Serve as a project liaison between internal departments (e.g., IT, Customer Experience, Ground Operations) and external vendors ensuring smooth delivery and stakeholder alignment. Manage project timelines, milestones, risks, and documentation, including preparation of business cases, implementation roadmaps, and performance reports. Drive and support deployment of digital and transformation initiatives inclusive establishing any applicable change management plan. Conduct post-implementation reviews and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure sustainability, user adoption, and process integration. Identify and escalate key project dependencies, risks, and resource gaps, proposing timely mitigation actions. Monitor project KPIs and success metrics, preparing status updates and reports for management and steering committees. Ensure all projects comply with internal governance, procurement requirements, and operational readiness frameworks. Support the team in process documentation, budget control, and cross-departmental coordination related to project deliverables. The authority of the Senior Executive, Project Management shall be aligned with the Airlines' Approving Authority Policy. In the absence of Senior Executive, the responsibilities and duties will be assumed by Assistant Manager, Project Management or other relevant staff that is appointed to assume the role. Qualification & Working Experience
Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management, Aviation Management, or related field. Degree with Minimum 2 years’ working experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the aviation or customer service industry. Diploma with Minimum 5 years’ working experience in project coordination or management, preferably in the aviation or customer service industry. Experience in using project tracking tools and exposure to corporate governance processes will be an added advantage. Experience and knowledge in process improvement, SAP, Passenger Service System (PSS) and/or Baggage Handling System will be an added advantage. Experience with data analytics and management reporting through Power BI or other equivalent means will be an added advantage.

- Prepare quarterly report for Risk Management Committee (“RMC”) and Board Risk Management Committee (“BRMC”).
- Review and update divisions/department policies to ensure it reflects current changes and market best practice.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent (e.g., ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA-CAANZ, CPA).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in credit analysis, evaluation, and financing portfolio management within a financial institution or related regulatory environment.
- Knowledge in credit risk assessment, portfolio analysis, and financial risk management practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
