About the jobWork Location: 15 & 17 (2nd Floor), Jalan Sungai Aur, 42000 Port Klang, Selangor.
(Office will be moving to Temasya Glenmarie, Shah Alam in Q2 2023)
- Focus on monitoring market trends to identify and develop new logistics and services business opportunities in Sea Freight, Air Freight, and other Total Logistics solutions to support revenue growth.
- Responsible for achieving sales targets in both import and export markets.
- Proactively research, gather, and analyze market data, understand competitor actions and industry trends, and identify new business opportunities.
- Communicate significant trends, rate changes, and policies to assigned accounts.
- Prepare and submit reports on overall business performance and activities.
- Lead, direct, and motivate the team to achieve corporate goals, including coaching, mentoring, and development to meet customer expectations.
- Develop effective relationships with peers, executives, and clients.
Job Requirements:- Preferably a diploma or degree holder in Logistics, Transportation, Business Studies, or related fields.
- Minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience is required.
