Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Ampang. The Human Resources Manager will handle daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Job Purpose

The HR Assistant will provide comprehensive support to the People & Culture team, focusing on Talent Development & Engagement, HR Administration, and Recruitment. 1. Talent Development & Engagement (40%)

• Coordinate staff engagement activities, including planning, logistics, and on-site support.
• Assist in organizing company events, wellness programs, and recognition initiatives.
• Support the development and distribution of engagement communication materials.
• Assist with pre- and post-event documentation, feedback collection, and reporting.
• Help maintain records related to employee engagement and learning & development programs.

2. HR Administration (30%)

• Perform accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date HR records in both digital and physical formats.
• Provide administrative support for general office operations and HR-related documentation.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring alignment with brand standards and design aesthetics.
