- Be responsible for recruitment in Southeast Asian countries and other regions. Accurately understand the recruitment needs of various teams, clarify job qualification standards, talent profiles and recruitment priorities, and formulate targeted recruitment plans and timetables.
- Manage the daily operation of mainstream recruitment platforms (such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn), including job posting, resume screening, and monitoring and optimization of channel effectiveness.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience. Those with experience in recruiting technical positions in industries such as internet, software and technology are preferred.
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English as working languages. Proficiency in other minor languages (such as Thai, Indonesian, etc.) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good at listening to and understanding others' needs, and capable of establishing good cooperative relationships with candidates and other relevant personnel.
