ABOUT THE JOB
Focus for the first 3 months includes but not limited to:
- Source, identify and generate new candidate profiles and leads
- Lead and develop the candidate management process for existing and new candidate generation
- Content creation for social media channels – personal LinkedIn profile, Efinancials profile, etc.
- Develop technical understanding on how to source candidates through various job boards, such as JobStreet, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
