Your Day to Day- To assist our registered dealer during car collection
- To verify any dealer complaint technical issue (Engine, transmission problem, mechanical or electrical issue)
- Provide justification on dealer complaint
- Negotiate and discuss with our dealer regarding car issue
- To troubleshoot and handle repairing for car need to repair.
- Do last car inspection before handling the car to dealers.
- To have Automotive background or experience
- Body & Paint basic knowledge, car accident check is advantage
- Possess knowledge about car part price and labour cost is advantage
- Driving license is mandatory requirement
- Able to communicate well and follow instruction
- Able to work on public holiday and weekend
- Able to relocate within Klang Valley area

Membaiki dan membuat rework ke atas barang rosak dari pelanggan dan aset syarikat atau reject daripada cawangan serta barangan baru bermasalah, termasuk kerja-kerja membaiki komponen dan litar asas, supaya produk kembali berfungsi dan layak dijual.
Tanggungjawab Utama
1. Membaiki barang bermasalah dari pelanggan
2. Membaiki aset syarikat
3. Membaiki barang reject dari cawangan
- Terima dan semak barang rosak daripada cawangan.
- Jalankan troubleshooting ke atas produk seperti:
- Powerbank, speaker, pengecas, dan aksesori telefon serta lain-lain.
- Baiki kerosakan komponen dan litar elektronik asas, seperti:
- Solder semula sambungan.
- Tukar port, suis, bateri, atau IC kecil.
- Sambungan semula wayar dan pemulihan sambungan PCB.
4. Rework Produk Baru dari Supplier
- Baiki barangan baru yang rosak semasa diterima dari supplier.
- Betulkan isu minor seperti sambungan longgar, port USB rosak, atau wayar tercabut.
- Pastikan rework selamat dan memenuhi standard fungsi produk.
5. Ujian Selepas Pembaikan
- Uji fungsi produk selepas setiap pembaikan menggunakan peralatan yang sesuai.
- Labelkan status barang: "Selesai Baiki", "Tak Boleh Baiki", atau untuk spare part.
- Pastikan hanya produk yang benar-benar berfungsi dihantar kembali ke stok/cawangan.
6. Rekod & Dokumentasi
- Rekod kerja pembaikan dengan lengkap: model, masalah, tindakan, dan status.
- Simpan gambar kerosakan jika diperlukan.
- Laporkan terus kepada Production Manager atau Data Analyst berkaitan status barang.
7. Pengurusan Peralatan & Tempat Kerja
- Jaga alatan pembaikan seperti solder, hot air gun, multimeter, glue gun, USB tester.
- Susun dan asingkan barang mengikut status (baik, rosak, spare part).
- Pastikan tempat kerja bersih, selamat dan teratur.
Kelayakan & Kemahiran Diperlukan
- Minimum SPM/SKM/Sijil Elektronik atau berkaitan.
- Pengalaman membaiki barangan elektronik kecil dan aksesori telefon diutamakan.
- Mahir dalam pembaikan litar asas, sambungan port, penggantian bateri, dan troubleshooting.
- Mahir guna peralatan teknikal seperti soldering iron, multimeter, USB tester dll.
- Pandai berkomunikasi – mampu berurusan dengan cawangan dan HQ dengan jelas dan pantas.
- Fast response – cepat ambil tindakan terhadap barang masuk dan permintaan pembaikan.
- Cekap, teliti, dan mampu bekerja secara berdikari tanpa pengawasan ketat

About the roleThe QC & Laboratory Manager is responsible for ensuring the product safety, quality, and compliance of food products through effective management of the Quality Control laboratory. - Ensuring method validation is carried out and SPC is utilized.
- This includes overseeing chemical and physical testing and releasing of raw and primary packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished goods, while upholding food safety & quality standards such as GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000.
Supervising Laboratory Operations:
- Ensure accurate and timely analysis and releasing of raw and primary packaging materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Ensure lab instruments are calibrated, maintained and adherence to Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Overseeing sample collection, product quality testing, and documentation.
- Ensuring the laboratory operates efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all quality control activities, including test results, audits, and corrective actions, ensuring full traceability of products.
Ensuring Product Quality and Safety:
- Track quality metrics and prepare reports, presentations, operational documents, and other communications containing descriptive, analytical, and evaluative content related to Quality Control activities and arrive at sound conclusions.
- Support in non-conformities and deviations investigation and implement corrective actions.
- Support internal and external audits.
Driving Continuous Improvement
- Identifying areas for improvement in testing protocols and product release processes.
- Promoting a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
Team Leadership and People Management:

- Fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
