As a newly established role, the Quality Control (QC) Specialist will be dedicating in verifying the conformity of DBS Asia's service delivery with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring sustained excellence in service quality, regulatory compliance and continuous operational improvement.
Responsibilities- Inspection & Testing: regular examination of cases for defects, non-compliance, or deviations from SLA
- Review of Reports: Develop guidelines and standard practices for data analysis and documentation
- Analyzing test results: Use statistical analysis to identify trends and improve future performance
- Documentation and Records: Keeping detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions taken to maintain traceability and accountability.
- Report Findings: Document and report performance results to the Mgmt.
- Recommend Improvements: Recommend appropriate measures to address any identified quality issues and prevent their recurrence.
- Training and Education: Providing employees with the necessary skills and knowledge to maintain quality standards effectively.
- Continuous Improvement: Constantly analyzing data and feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhancing the overall quality management system.
- Bachelor degree, majoring in Quality Management, Finance, Business, Mathematics
- At least 3 years Service Management, Quality Control, Internal Control experience in Shared Services or large enterprise/multi-national companies
- Project experience with Data, BI or reporting function
- Lean six sigma certificate is an added advantage
- Proficiency in English is required, ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
- Knowledgeable in Quality Management Systems and Quality Control Procedures
