As a newly established role, the Quality Control (QC) Specialist will be responsible for verifying the conformity of DBS Asia's service delivery with established Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring sustained excellence in service quality, regulatory compliance, and continuous operational improvement.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conduct inspections and testing: regularly examine cases for defects, non-compliance, or deviations from SLA
  • Review reports: develop guidelines and standard practices for data analysis and documentation
  • Analyze test results: utilize statistical analysis to identify trends and improve future performance
  • Maintain documentation and records: keep detailed records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions to ensure traceability and accountability
  • Report findings: document and communicate performance results to management
  • Recommend improvements: suggest measures to address quality issues and prevent recurrence
  • Provide training and education: equip employees with skills and knowledge to uphold quality standards
  • Foster continuous improvement: analyze data and feedback to identify areas for enhancement and refine the quality management system
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or related fields
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Service Management, Quality Control, or Internal Control within Shared Services or large multinational corporations
  • Experience with Data, BI, or reporting functions
  • Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English is required; ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and Quality Control Procedures

  • Support in the CxA in getting Quality and Commissioning activities incorporated into the GC’s master schedule. Participate in weekly/monthly schedule review meetings. Report on slippages and escalate to DCS as necessary.
  • Ensure Cx L2-L3 checklist tagging matrix is populated with planned dates in alignment with the master schedule. Track population of actual checklist completion dates and escalate slippages to DCS/QCx as necessary.

Objective of this role:

  • Draft thought leadership material to support both internally and externally focused campaigns.

  • Manage the Firm’s global reporting requirements to Mazars Group.

Education:
