Objective of this role:
Commitment to the quality and integrity of Mazars global audit methodology and thorough quality control that applied to every client engagement. This role focuses on quality control and carries out EQCR to ensure professional standards compliance in our reports.
Main Tasks:
- Stay current on industry development related to engagement standards that impact out business.
- Be and active participant in engagement standard setter activities, which may include conference attendance, task force participation, professional response to comment letters, etc.
- Develop strategies and materials to implement both new and changed standards efficiently.
- Develop policies and procedures related to the Firm’s system of quality control as required under the MIA and Mazars QC Manual.
- Implement details policies and procedures that support compliance with professional standards (MIA, AOB, PCAOB, IESBA, IFRS etc.)
- Continuously consult with Firm personnel regarding compliance with professional standards matters.
- Draft thought leadership material to support both internally and externally focused campaigns.
- Monitor Firm compliance with the MIA Quality Control Standards and engagement standards.
- Manage the Firm’s annual internal inspection process, which addresses both Firm level policy compliance, and audit and attest engagement standards.
- Manage the Firm’s global reporting requirements to Mazars Group.
- Perform Engagement Quality Control reviews on professional standards issues.

Education:

In this role, you will:
- Act as the IFX quality ambassador.
- Influence the quality culture and mindset of subcontractors to align with IFX's standards.
- Train subcontractors in IFX quality management practices and oversee implementation.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to enable subcontractors' quality management processes and establish process capabilities for developing and manufacturing automotive-grade products.
- Collaborate closely with development and engineering teams to develop automotive-grade products through the APQP process.
- Participate in project milestone assessments and releases.
- Conduct production readiness assessments, identify weaknesses, and drive improvements.
- Support development of 8D problem-solving reports.
- Maintain automotive-grade product quality through production control processes such as IQC, IPQC, OQC, and reliability assessments.
- Manage change processes, review evaluations/assessments, approve, and implement changes.
- Oversee subcontractors' daily quality operations, monitor and report quality performance to OSAT, division, and customers, and resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate audits with IFX and/or customers, lead audit activities, and follow up on closures and improvements (including VDA 6.3 audits, development projects, and safe launch/ramp-up audits).
Your Profile
You are well-suited for this role if you have:
- A bachelor's degree and substantial experience in semiconductor assembly or related industries such as EMS, with good knowledge of semiconductor assembly materials and passive components.
- Experience in engineering, production, and/or quality management, particularly in automotive semiconductors or automotive electronics.
- High independence, self-motivation, a passion for excellence, and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills, logical thinking, and high analytical capability.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence peers and partners.
