As a Professional Services Specialist at Amdocs, you will be part of a group of highly trained product experts responsible for end-to-end product deployment of our multi-vendor, multi-technology network optimization platform. What will your job look like?

Review technical requirements with internal and external stakeholders to recommend optimal solutions aligned with customer needs Participate in all technical aspects of product implementation, including end-to-end deployment of Amdocs solutions Serve as a customer-facing representative throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, including onsite engagements Deliver post-deployment training sessions and workshops to drive product adoption and effective usage Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate closely with R&D to resolve functional and performance-related concerns Support pre-sales activities, including proof-of-concepts (POCs) and technical evaluations Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and best practices Contribute to continuous process improvements to enhance team productivity and individual efficiency What will you get and learn from the job?
