Production Assistant

Duties
  • Assist in the organisation of the warehouse in accordance with GMP requirements.
  • Carry out ETO processing as per work instructions.
  • Assist in the preparation of validation exercises.
  • Report and inform supervisor of any non-conformance or abnormality during processing.
  • Assist with loading/unloading vehicles as per shipping advice and handle general movements of goods around the site and processing onto machines.

  • Maintain a professional, clean personal appearance.
  • Perform reasonable requests to support the efficient running of the site.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation at all times.
  • Comply with company rules, safety protocols, QA procedures, and SOPs.

Ensure availability of manufacturing parts for production (machining and assembly) to meet customer demand, with timely delivery of all products in required quality and at reasonable cost level. Ensure optimum stock level at both finished goods store and material kitting area to meet demand and delivery. Initiate and participate in continuous improvement processes and 5S at the work environment to increase productivity and maintain safety, especially towards meeting departmental KPI. Assume tasks and assignments given by supervisor as deemed necessary in improving current systems. Preferred Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree preferably with minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Production Planning. Strong oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail and good follow-up skills.
