Position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

Job Responsibilities:

The position is intended to lead various production by planning, coordinating and executing the production schedule and ensure products that are manufactured conform to food safety, meet quality standards and is cost competitive. This is executed through:

  • Developing a strong production team especially the Manufacturing Executives, Line Leaders and Production Admin.
  • Strong Collaboration with cross functional team to resolve any daily issues, new product developments and key projects
  • Drive OEE & GR1 through DDS to support business growth plans
  • Achieve Plan Attainment to enhance supply reliability while controlling Plant’s Overhead expenses
  • Engagement of Shop floor employees through people development and communication
  • Improve Inventory Accuracy for both raw and packaging material
  • Increase product yield and reduce waste for both raw and packaging material
  • Drive Continuous Improvement program for an optimum solution
  • Support introduction of new product formulation and packaging to production line by addressing the process and people capability
  • Ensure compliance to Safety, Quality & Environmental policies

Key Requirements For Successful Applicant:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Chemical Engineering / Food Science with min 10 years of experience (preferably FMCG industries)
  • Knowledge of canning and thermal manufacturing processes, GMP, ISO, HACCP, FSSC and other Quality Systems

Job Summary

The Assistant Finance Manager will assist the Finance Manager in overseeing the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of financial statements, reports and budgets
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes
  • Monitor cash balances and cash management activities
  • Generate and review journal entries and ensure compliance accounting policies
  • Perform analyses of financial data to identify trends, variances, an opportunity for improvement
  • Work with Group Finance to ensure compliance, accurate and timely reporting
  • Timely preparation of audit reports, tax computation & transfer pricing documents.
  • Maintain strong relationship with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents and other stakeholders
  • Assist in the implementation and integration of SAP ERP from Dynamic AX
  • Any ad hoc duties as required from time to time.

Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting and any related field.
  • At least 5 years accounting experience in manufacturing industry.
