To oversee and enhance the organisation’s corporate brand presence and reputation across all communication platforms, ensuring alignment with the Group’s corporate identity standards.
- Manage and oversee the corporate website and all GELM social media accounts, ensuring consistent and engaging brand representation.
- Act as the checker and approver for all Great Eastern contents before publication, ensuring adherence to corporate identity policies and brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with other divisions to guide and align their content with the Group’s corporate identity standards.
- Monitor online and mainstream media for news and comments related to Great Eastern, addressing feedback and comments to safeguard the brand’s reputation.
- Lead initiatives for corporate awards and recognitions of Great Eastern.
- Oversee key initiatives such as Great Eastern Cares, CSR including the Brand Health Tracker, Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Project 120.
We are looking for people who
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5-8 years of experience in brand management, corporate communications, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven expertise in managing corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Experience in monitoring and analyzing brand health metrics (e.g., Brand Health Tracker, NPS)
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management as they pertain to brand communications.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on problem-solving and delivering results.
- Up-to-date knowledge of branding trends and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is an added advantage.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.

We're seeking an experienced Marketing Strategy Manager to lead the development and execution of marketing strategies for candidates and hirers across the APAC region. You'll collaborate closely with segment, product, channel, and country teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with company objectives and market demands.
Key Responsibilities
APAC Marketing Strategy Development & Alignment
- Lead creation of overarching marketing strategy for hirers, ensuring alignment with company strategy and OKRs
- Leverage customer and market insights to inform marketing strategies based on latest trends and customer behaviours
- Collaborate with segment, product, channel, and country teams to tailor marketing initiatives for unique market needs
- Establish clear strategic priorities and measurable targets for the marketing function
Strategic Consultation & Collaboration
- Act as strategic advisor for key stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on marketing strategies and opportunities
- Work cross-functionally to develop and refine market-appropriate, actionable, and measurable marketing strategies
- Lead responses to strategic questions and challenges, coordinating efforts for effective marketing solutions
- Build and present strategic materials to senior stakeholders
Budget & Investment Strategy
- Develop strategic recommendations for marketing budgets and investments, ensuring alignment with customer impact and business priorities
Customer Insight-Driven Strategy
- Build deep understanding of customer needs and behaviours across APAC region
- Work with research and data teams to gather and analyse customer feedback for strategy refinement
Marketing Strategy Performance Optimisation
- Leverage data and insights to evaluate performance and uncover growth opportunities
- Continuously optimise strategies to maintain competitive edge and drive long-term business success
Essential Requirements
- Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategies in regional or global context, ideally within APAC region
- Strong understanding of aligning marketing priorities with business strategy and OKRs
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership to influence strategic direction
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with capability for detailed analysis and strategic insights
- Expertise in data-driven decision making, including marketing performance metrics, customer analytics, and competitive analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to drive collaboration across diverse teams
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with experience crafting executive-level presentations

- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Marketing, or related field

As the eCommerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning, Manager you will play the role of a digital consultant. You will take charge of overseeing the day-to-day client and campaign management for a portfolio of brands and be responsible for managing the entire client relationship – driving value and business outcomes by assisting with strategic direction, campaign management, audience targeting, budget/spend optimization, and reporting. You will manage and develop client relations through the full life-cycle of the account — on-boarding, initial ramp up, ongoing account management, billing, monthly/quarterly business reviews, etc. This position works to understand the client's business needs and endeavors to drive business outcomes backed by our data capabilities.
- Advertiser Management & Growth: Deliver client-specific media and outcome-based goals while maintaining and improving client satisfaction levels. Translate business requirements and strategic direction into actionable processes and improve revenue across all assigned accounts.
- Campaign/project management: Work closely with internal stakeholders; Ad Operations, Creative and data teams and external vendors to drive campaign performance and deliverables. Analyze and report campaign performance with meaningful insights.
- Data-Centric Consultation: Drive data-centric discussions with clients to identify opportunities and new interests that the advertiser may not be aware of to help drive revenues by suggesting the right technology and media platforms.
- Revenue Growth: Identify growth hacking opportunities for current advertisers to accelerate their outcome goals. Participate in new business and pitch strategy development.
- Maintain Industry Knowledge: Keep abreast of industry trends, media trends, innovations and best practices across digital media platforms (Search, Social, Display/ Programmatic and Mobile), data and technology.
- The successful candidate will be an inspiring and confident team player with at least:
- At least 4-6 years of working experience in account/ client management in the online advertising industry.
- Proven account management and analytical professional experience
- Leadership experience in managing media specialist teams of 1-4
- Proven media planning experience across multiple platforms for performance clients, developing media best practices through testing
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience in Facebook Ad Manager, Google Search, Display, Google Analytics tools, Programmatic, etc.
- Experience with in-platform ads of Lazada/Shopee, Meta CPAS campaigns will be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
As the E-commerce Marketing, Strategy & Planning Senior Associate at ADA , you will be in charge of planning, executing campaigns, monitor, and optimize performance for e-commerce marketing activities, including but not limited to paid ads, display ads, and affiliate marketing . We’re seeking a creative and strategic Digital Marketing Specialist to build and grow our brand presence by utilizing major social media platforms. In this role, you’ll propagate our brand across various countries and regions, delivering engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences and drives measurable brand impact. You’ll also play an important role in supporting wider digital marketing efforts including campaign launches, paid media alignment, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, follower growth, and engagement across digital platforms.
• Manage content calendars and create or curate compelling content aligned with each brand’s identity and regional marketing objectives.
• Collaborate with designers and digital marketers to produce visually consistent, platform-optimized creative assets.
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to maintain relevance and amplify digital campaigns.
• Engage with followers and communities—responding to comments, highlighting user-generated content, and managing DMs and mentions.
• Track performance using analytics tools and provide insights to optimize digital and social media campaigns.
• Coordinate with the broader marketing team to integrate social media campaigns into marketing strategies, including paid ads and performance campaigns.
• Support influencer activations and cross-promotional efforts with partners and affiliates.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing. Fresh grads are welcome too!
• Strong grasp of digital platform best practices and audience engagement techniques.
• Above average knowledge of social media marketing and paid ads tools.
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Experience working across multiple brands, markets, or currencies is a plus.
• Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced digital environment.

About the role:
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and execute digital campaigns that build brand awareness, drive leads, and engage customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current digital marketing tools and strategies, able to lead integrated digital campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, and website).
- Plan and execute content strategies for social media platforms (Facebook, Google,
- YouTube, etc.) to drive engagement and brand awareness.
- Optimize website content, landing pages, and user funnels to maximize lead conversions.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and optimize performance based on data insights.
- Monitor and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct market research to identify new digital trends and insights to improve campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Designers, Content Creators, Business Development) to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Manage influencer partnerships and digital collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
- Maintain and improve the company website, ensuring best practices in UX, SEO, and overall performance.
- Support digital marketing budget planning and ensure effective allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the Fintech or financial industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, best practices, and tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEO tools, etc.).
- Experience in Facebook, Google, SEM, YouTube, programmatic ad execution and optimisation
- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media marketing.
- Excellent knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for digital channels.
