Develop and improve production process for IC substrate fabrication in BE operation SRSF, Assembly & Test.

Analyze process data history to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.

Lead new product introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring smooth ramp-up from pilot to mass production.

Job Requirement:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent

Minimum 2 years of working experience in BE operations (SRSF, Assembly or Test)

Experience inSemiconductor or PCB or Substrate Fabrications, Wafer Fabrication or equivalent, (required to work in clean room environment)

Knowledge of quality tools: 8D, SPC, MSA, DOE, FMEA, CP, JMP Software, Six Sigma Process tools

Carry out productivity improvement projects

Crossed functional teams coordination and execution

Able to work under tight schedule to deliver result

Job Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in PCBA/Box System manufacturing or Test Engineering, preferable from EMS background.
• Familiar with test method and understanding of the test program at Functional Test are.
• Familiar with ESS/HASS chamber and capable of creating a test profile, test fixture/rack based on customer test specification.
• Experience in analog and digital circuit theory, statistical analysis tools. Capable of performing failure analysis at system level down to device electronics boards.
• Knowledge of operating the basic test instruments (such as digital oscilloscope, LCR meter, spectrum analyzers etc.)
• Capable of learning and understanding from Customer Test documentation, Schematic, Drawing, CAD file, component datasheets etc.
• Capable of configuring, deploying & validate application software/test programs (win/unix).
• Knowledge in test automation and being able to work with suppliers and or customer to optimize/enhance the new/current test method/processes.

+ Under supervision and with minimal assistance define, specify, qualify, install, support and optimize test process and test equipment solutions for manufacturing.
+ Lead test process optimization, with a focus on productivity improvements to cycle time and yield for a specific set of equipment within an Operations value stream
+ Debug of test process and equipment solutions using design of experiments, tools, and failure analysis methodologies
+ Collaborate with Quality, Process and Equipment engineers to detect and solve product and test yield and performance issues
+ Develop improvement roadmaps for test coverage, diagnosability, reparability, test time reductions and OEE
+ Analyze and interpret data and information from yield reports and equipment logs and product diagnostics to determine sources of yield loss
+ Provide solution support to process engineers to improve detection of known defect types as part of a Process Control plan
+ Support development of test equipment integration into Manufacturing Execution Systems including yield, tester log and product parametric information.

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following: Design, develop, and implement new manufacturing processes to support customer products. Develop application software and tooling for a series of complex machines and mechanical process steps within a manufacturing sector. Execute with support, capability of machines and process steps using Design of Experiments and statistical methods to ensure maximum utilization of critical resources, maximum throughput, minimum cost and capacity growth; involves integrating equipment, people, material flow, and information systems. Solve technical product, process, component, and related problems that affect the efficient operation and/or manufacture of products. Provide feedback to product designers on suitability of designs for manufacturability with supervision. Refer to technical skills below Physical Demands

Duties of this position are performed in a normal office environment. Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
