As a Country ERP Change Management Lead, you will support Novartis' transformation by developing and implementing change management strategies for the Global SAP

Programmed in a particular country or NOCC. Your initial focus will be on maximizing employee adoption of a unified ERP application landscape (SAP S/4HANA) and standard

business processes through multiple releases. Over time, the role will increasingly also focus on mobilizing new ways of working and associated capabilities and culture.

Major Accountabilities : You will be responsible for various types of changes across the country/ NOCC arising from the LDC program. Your key responsibilities include:

. Customizing global change strategies and plans to ensure fast adoption and high utilization of new tools and ways of working in your location

. Delivering outcomes aligned with project plans

. Collaborating with Functional change leads and the global OD team

. Leading the Organizational Change Management work stream, and plan execution in country including any Communications and Training

. Coaching senior leaders and executives in their roles as change sponsors

. Working with country stakeholders- people managers, and supervisors in managing transitions

. Assisting project managers and teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans

. Thinking through longer term organizational implications of changes and working with key stakeholders to devise strategies to address these

. Providing input to change communications and training plans

. Leading meetings to understand changes and develop a change adoption plan

. Analyzing and implementing strategies to overcome resistance to change

. Evaluating the cost and budgetary impact of change management

About You: You should have extensive experience in organizational change management program design and implementation related to large scale, multi-site ERP solutions like

SAP. You should be able to build trust, engage, and inspire change among senior stakeholders. You should be an inspirational communicator, a great listener, well organized with

strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Performance Indicators:

. Overall change effectiveness measures.

. Business value capture from key programs.

. Quality of relationships with relevant leaders and team.

Must have requirements:

  • Experience in change management with hands-on project implementation operational experience

JOB SUMMARY

The Change Management Officer is responsible for managing change initiatives across the organization to ensure effective adoption of new processes, technologies, and strategic transformations. This role involves formulating change strategies, overseeing implementation, and engaging stakeholders to minimize resistance and maximize organizational readiness. The officer will work closely with leadership, project teams, and key stakeholders to deliver successful change outcomes that align with EPF’s goals and values.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Change Strategy Development

a) Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans for organizational projects and initiatives.

b) Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns

2. Stakeholder Engagement

a) Engage with stakeholders at all levels to ensure a clear understanding of the change objectives, benefits, and impacts.

b) Build and maintain strong relationships with project teams, leadership, and other key stakeholders.

c) Create and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the purpose, progress, and impact of changes.

3. Communication and Training

a) Develop and implement communication plans to inform employees about upcoming changes.

b) Design and deliver training programs or materials to equip employees with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful adoption of new processes or technologies.

4. Change Implementation

a) Oversee the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and strategies.

b) Monitor the progress of change activities and adjust plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

5. Assessment and Measurement

a) Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and activities, using metrics and feedback to assess success and areas for improvement.

b) Provide regular updates and reports to leadership on the status of change initiatives.

6. Continuous Improvement

a) Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in change management processes and practices.

b) Stay current with industry trends and best practices in change management and apply this knowledge to enhance the organization's change.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Malaysian citizen.
  • Pass Malay Language including oral test at Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) level or equivalent as recognized by the Malaysia Government.
  • Possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Economics/ Corporate Communication/ Political Science/ Corporate Administration or any other major from local or overseas universities recognised by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA)
  • Minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in change management, with a significant focus on leading change for transformation projects.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in managing and mentoring teams.
  • Certification in advanced change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci Advanced Practitioner) is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

The Job

We are looking for a HR Specialist (Learning & Development) to further strengthen our HR department. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, develop, implement, and monitor the learning & development of all employees to support the achievement of a performance-driven culture. Responsible for end-to-end training management and administration, with a focus on the facilitation of soft skills programs.

Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify the training needs for all employees in meeting the behavioural competency gaps
  • Design and develop training calendar, training programme outline, structure and recommend learning solutions to close performance gaps and increase business value
  • Source, plan, organize and monitor all the in-house and external training programmes
  • Conduct the new hire induction program on familiarization and understanding of company’s Performance Management cycles in HRIS Global System
  • Manage the overall training administration which includes training applications, HRDF claims, audit, training records and training reports
  • Work closely with relevant parties to drive e-learning initiatives
  • Actively support organisational development activities in meeting company’s development objective
  • Maintaining audit-readiness is the best way to ensure that your site is prepared for audits and inspections, both planned and unplanned
  • Support in Company events and activities
  • Handle employee relation matters that arise and provide feasible solutions to management
  • To undertake other special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties related to HR assigned by superior / management

  • You have minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years’ experience with good Microsoft Office knowledge
