- Act as a change partner and be accountable for change management for a function and group of markets.
- Work with leaders and users to emphasize case for change
- Create localized change strategies and execute activities
- Identify and assess the change impacts
- Define and execute tactical change management interventions
- Support building change management capability and coach project stakeholders and implementation leads
- Measure, monitor and report the ongoing effectiveness of change and transformation strategies·Drive stakeholder engagemen
- Coordinate training efforts across the business units

- Develop a consolidated change deployment roadmap that addresses cross-functional interdependencies.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
- Proven strategic leadership skills, with experience in influencing and engaging at senior management levels.

- At least 10 years of experience in leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives within large institutions corporations, or government-linked companies.
- Leading a high-performance team/subordinates (not less than 5 subordinates)
- Hold Prosci Change Management Certification, APMG Change Management Certification, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP), Change Management Institute Certification (CMI), or equivalent certification.

The IT Change Management Specialist role at HCLTech involves overseeing and coordinating IT change processes to ensure they are executed smoothly and in compliance with established procedures. - Support change communication efforts by collaborating with internal stakeholders, ensuring clear, consistent, and timely messaging that supports smooth adoption of new processes, technologies, and customer-obsessed changes.
- Maintain and update knowledge base content for both internal and external customers, contributing to the unification of information into a cohesive knowledge management system, including AI readiness.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or related disciplines).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, operational excellence, change management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful implementation.
- Strong understanding of Customer Experience (CX) principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Creative writer with a strong flair for content creation and audience engagement.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing change initiatives and driving stakeholder alignment is a strong advantage.
