Job Summary

Support the planning and execution of digital brand initiatives that strengthen Gamuda Land’s presence and relevance across platforms. This role involves coordinating integrated campaigns, driving performance marketing, and collaborating on compelling content that resonates with Malaysian audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in rolling out integrated digital campaigns across key platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant social media channels to drive traffic and engagement. Collaborate with internal and external creative teams, including CGI and visual production, to develop brand-aligned content. Work closely with agencies to ensure timely and effective campaign execution. Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance (Engagement metrics, CPL, CPA, CTR), and recommend optimisation strategies. Stay updated on digital and social media trends, and propose fresh, culturally relevant yet fresh content ideas (e.g. TikTok trends, brand collaborations). Confident and presentable — willing to appear in brand videos and on-ground content when needed. Conduct monthly competitor benchmarking to identify digital best practices and content opportunities. Provide support for administrative tasks such as e-paperwork and internal approvals when required.

Qualifications

Degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related business field. Candidates with relevant work experience are also encouraged to apply. 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or performance marketing. Proficient in Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, and TikTok — with a strong understanding of audience behaviour and content performance. Strong aesthetic sensibility combined with an analytical mindset, able to turn data into actionable insights. Keen eye for visuals, solid content instincts, and familiarity with lifestyle and community-driven narratives. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin is an added advantage. Creative, agile, performance-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Your Role

While we encourage you to take ownership of your role and explore areas that excite you, the following responsibilities will be part of your day-to-day scope. This is a content-first role, with supporting tasks across social media and marketing initiatives:

  • Conduct content research - including keyword analysis, competitor benchmarking, and trend tracking - and analyze performance metrics to identify content opportunities.
  • Research, write, and publish content across our blog, newsletters, and digital channels (with a focus on SEO articles, guides, and case studies for both Singapore and Malaysia).
  • Use AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) to assist in content ideation, first drafts, repurposing, and editing - while maintaining a high standard of human judgement, tone, and brand voice.
  • Assist in implementing our SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) content strategy, including formatting and optimising articles using keyword briefs.
  • Contribute ideas to help develop a scalable, AI-augmented content creation workflow and strategy.
  • Support our social media presence by drafting post copy and coordinating visuals across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Contribute creative ideas for short-form video content (e.g. TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) in line with ongoing campaigns or blog topics.
  • Manage our content and social calendar - coordinate timelines, collaterals and stakeholders to ensure timely execution.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and design team on campaign planning, brand storytelling, and content activations.

Your Credentials

  • Recent graduate or early-career individual (0-2 years experience) in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong English writing skills, with the ability to write clearly and adapt tone for different audiences. (Bahasa Malaysia proficiency is a bonus.)
  • Demonstrated ability to think critically and propose content ideas based on research, customer insights, or current trends.
  • Proficient in using AI writing and research tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) as part of your content or workflow.
  • Passion for sustainability, tech, or clean energy with desire to make content that informs and empowers.
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and a basic understanding of what makes engaging content.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks on a deadline.

  • Exposure to SEO, keyword research tools, or blog CMS (e.g. Webflow, Wordpress)
  • Experience with Canva or basic video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, VN).

Job Responsibility

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including blog, WhatsApp blasting, newsletter, email marketing, social media marketing and display advertising campaigns.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Responsible for managing, driving traffic, online lead generation & lead conversions through PPC / digital marketing campaigns.

  • Assist in managing and optimizing content for the website and social networking channels.

  • Experience in Google SEO is optional.

Job Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Art/ Design/ Creative Multimedia, Advertising/ Media/ Marketing or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Advertising/Media Planning or equivalent.
  • Self-Motivated, Willing to learn, independent, highly organized and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

What you’ll do:

As a CRM Administrator, you’ll work closely with your manager to help design, execute, and manage cross-channel marketing programs on behalf of our clients, working with various technology platforms and vendor partners.Day-to-day, your role includes:

  • Executing cross-channel execution for marketing communications on CRM Platform(s) including email, SMS, and Push Notifications
  • Performing basic hygiene QC of test cases on out-going email, SMS or Push Notifications messages
  • Collaborating with internal teams effectively to understand the CRMjourney and stakeholder(s) perspective on delivering CRM journey activation
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure CRM key performance indicators within CRM platform(s) are captured and monitored ontributing insights as a participating team member to improve supportprocesses, reducing delivery time, and improving delivery satisfaction
  • Participating in improving CRM service delivery processes, such as automating manual processes and increase service capabilities.
  • Working in an Agile team that owns integral parts of the system, designing and delivering quality stable solutions
  • Performing ongoing CRM platform administration
  • Experience working in iterative projects, and with deployment strategies/processes (staging/testing environment vs. production/live environment)
  • Leverage available documentation, training, team resources, and vendor support teams to administer CRM platform(s)
  • Supporting debugging, monitoring, and control during production, go-live and post-launch phases
Qualifications

We’re looking for strong, impactful work experience, which typically includes:

  • A diploma/degree in related field, and 3 to 5 years of experience in advertising, direct marketing environment with data-oriented responsibility
  • HTML & CSS basics.
  • Proficient in technical HTML/CSS execution
  • Proficient in managing and creating outputs from creative source to CRMcompliant assets

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to drive visibility, traffic, and lead generation for our B2B event marketing initiatives. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve digital visibility in search engine results, driving organic traffic and enhancing user experience. You will play a key role in planning and executing strategies across organic search, with added focus on optimization for generative AI and AI-driven search.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as an internal expert on SEO, working closely with web development teams and agencies to ensure cohesive execution.
  • Collaborate with event teams to ensure SEO alignment during content planning and publishing.
  • Conduct keyword research, including long-tail and intent-based terms.
  • Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
  • Audit websites and identify areas for improvement in search rankings, crawlability, and user experience.
  • Identify and resolve technical SEO issues (site speed, indexing, mobile-friendliness).
  • Explore and experiment with generative AI tools to enhance keyword research, content creation, and personalization.
  • Assist in optimizing content for AI-powered and conversational search (e.g., Google’s Search Generative Experience, ChatGPT, Gemini).

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in SEO.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as GA4, Google Search Console, GTM, SEMrush, or similar.
  • Eagerness to explore new marketing technologies and generative AI tools.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a learning-first attitude.
  • Strong communication skills and comfort working across teams and with agency partners.
  • SEO content writing skills are a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong plus.

Get to Know the Role

You will lead the loyalty and fintech teamsin charge of the value propositions and user journey and advocate for our users and their experience. You will learn what motivates them, and you will feed these insights into product development to ensure we develop world class products that meet the needs of our consumers. You will also take these products to market, ensuring they reach the right audience with the right message, at the right time to drive key business outcomes.

This role reports to the Head of PMM and is a fully onsite role at Grab's Malaysia office in Petaling Jaya.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Provide strategic guidance to product, business and marketing teams on how to drive desired outcomes
  • Develop product value propositions and communication rooted in insights, data and a splash of creativity
  • Lead or input into ongoing customer research and use insights to guide product and business teams on challenges and new opportunities.
  • Input into the user-journey: how the product works, the user experience, and what could go wrong. Identify ways to drive discovery, manage expectations, mitigate a poor experience, educate or upsell depending on the need.
  • Manage go-to-market for new features and products. This includes product launch in partnership with multiple teams and driving product adoption among customers
  • Measure product funnel and marketing success to recommend iterations and improvements (to both product and comms) to drive further adoption
  • Build close relationships with our teams including product managers, product designers, regional marketing (performance, brand, PR), country marketing teams, operations and customer support to drive the execution of product launches, product iteration and ongoing usage of key products

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in top tier technology, retail or consumer companies. Experience with loyalty, fintechand product marketing a plus.
  • Proven management experience, with a track record of influencing cross functional teams
  • Led a (multi market/ channel) campaign that delivered results
  • Initiated a piece of research that shifted/ redefined a strategy
  • Streamlined and delineated a brand's sub-brands or offerings
  • Influenced an idea to solve a problem beyond marketing comms
  • Given your creative teams an inspiring and meaty brief that led to a piece of work you are proud of
  • Created communications plans and frameworks to guide marketing
  • Rolled up your sleeves to dig through data or drive execution

Area Marketing Director APAC

(internal title: Director, Surgical Product/Brand Marketing - Downstream)

Major Accountabilities

  • Lead Marketing planning and marketing execution for all Established Markets (TWHK, SG/TH, MY/PH) and Growth and Emerging Markets (GEMs) across all products in the Surgical portfolio for their respective geographic areas.
  • Deploy pre-existing International Marketing Group (IMG) marketing programs and toolkits by acting as Go-to person and by providing dedicated support for their respective geographic area to ensure speed & accountability

Job Requirement

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree; Desirable: MBA

Languages: Fluency in English, other languages are a plus

Experience & Competencies:

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in progressive marketing management positions in highly competitive global Ophthalmology medical devices industry
  • Customer facing/sales or commercial experience preferred
  • Proven expertise in product strategy, brand marketing, portfolio management and new product launches.
  • Capability to work in a complex global framework, including strong stakeholder experience and ability to lead cross functional teams in a fast paced and high demand environment
  • Experience in deploying digital marketing innovations in Ophthalmology medical device industry and associated sales uptake
  • Must have demonstrated strong long-term strategic thinking and planning for business success. Ability to bring innovative thinking, challenging status quo and managing the ambiguity
