Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior Content Marketing Manager to join our team. This role requires a strong storyteller with a proven track record in developing engaging content for social media and website articles.
Key Responsibilities:
• Content Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with PropertyGuru’s overall marketing goals.
• Storytelling: Create compelling and engaging content that tells the PropertyGuru story and resonates with our target audience across various channels.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of content for social media platforms, ensuring consistency in voice and brand messaging.
• Content Creation: Produce high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and social media posts, tailored to our audience’s interests and needs.
• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor content marketing campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• SEO Optimization: Ensure all content is optimized for search engines to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
• Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure cohesive and integrated content efforts.
• Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to keep PropertyGuru at the forefront of content marketing innovation.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in content marketing, with a strong focus on social media. Experience in real estate and online media is a plus.
• Storytelling: Exceptional storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling narratives that engage and inspire.
• Social Media Expertise: Proven experience in developing and executing social media content strategies.
• Content Creation: Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills with a portfolio of high-quality work.
• SEO Knowledge: Solid understanding of SEO best practices and experience optimizing content for search engines.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze content performance data and generate actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the real estate industry and experience in online media is highly desirable.
