Position Summary

The DA Product Marketing Manager plays a critical role in managing the product lifecycle, launching new products, analysing market trends, and driving consumer engagement. They work closely with sales, R&D, supply chain, and retail marketing teams to ensure products meet market demands and business objectives.

Role and Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for DA products to achieve business targets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing, and value propositions.

Product Lifecycle Management

  • Manage end to end from supply demand planning until the Go-to-Market execution.
  • Manage product introductions, transitions, and end-of-life strategies.
  • Coordinate with R&D and supply chain to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on market feedback.

Go-to-Market & Launch Execution

  • Plan and execute product launches, including messaging, promotion, and retail activation.
  • Develop sales and marketing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with media and advertising teams to create campaigns that drive awareness and demand.

Channel & Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that drive sell-in and sell-out.
  • Provide product training and key selling points to sales teams and retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyse sales data to identify gaps and improvement areas.

Consumer Engagement & Brand Building

  • Develop and manage digital marketing, influencer collaborations, and consumer promotions.
  • Drive consumer education on product benefits through social media, events, and PR initiatives.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.

Stakeholder Management & Coordination

  • Work closely with HQ, RHQ, and cross-functional teams to align product and marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with retail partners, distributors, and agencies.
  • Ensure compliance with global and local marketing guidelines.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Casual Leasing of Promotional Spaces & Communities Events:

  • To handle casual leasing of promotional spaces in the Shopping Centre according yearly budget.
  • To plan and execute communities-driven event & campaigns in-line with the marketing objectives and positioning.
  • Supervise the set-up of events, roadshow, fair and activities, coordinate with internal departments and external service providers, exhibitors and contractors.

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Brand, Marketing & Communications will lead the strategic planning and execution of all brand, marketing, and communication initiatives. The role is central to driving awareness, user engagement, and stakeholder alignment through cohesive storytelling and data-informed campaigns. Key Responsibilities:




Brand, Marketing & Digital Strategy

  • Lead brand positioning and strategy to build recognition, trust, and user adoption
  • Oversee integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and experience across all touchpoints
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, commercial, and leadership teams
  • Manage creative development, media buying, and campaign performance metrics
  • Lead budgeting, performance tracking, and optimization of marketing spend
  • Govern brand use and integrity across the organization



Corporate Communications & Public Relations
  • Develop and execute corporate communications strategy aligned with brand and business goals
  • Oversee all media relations, press releases, executive messaging, and public statements
  • Act as company spokesperson when needed, supporting crisis and reputation management
  • Drive internal communications, including company-wide updates and leadership visibility
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, public stakeholders, and strategic partners
  • Lead executive profiling, thought leadership, and public engagement efforts

The Successful Applicant

We are looking for a well-rounded marketing and communications leader with strong strategic instincts and the ability to influence in a fast-moving, highly visible environment. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 15+ years of experience in brand, marketing, and/or communications
  • Demonstrated success leading integrated campaigns and media strategies
  • Experience with consumer brands or B2C service platforms (mobility, tech, or infrastructure-related a plus)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to lead in complex, cross-functional, and high-stakes environments
  • Experience in managing brand governance, PR, crisis response, and internal comms

Key Responsibilities Job Qualifications

  • Lead and direct the execution of digital and ATL marketing activities for the assigned portfolio or businesses to achieve growth opportunities, market share and profit objectives in line with the overall commercial priorities.
  • Lead the digital acquisition strategy for all products with a thorough understanding of Martech (AA, Adjust knowledge is an added advantage), Meta, Google, Programmatic Ads and agency management.
  • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
  • Conceptualize and implement cohesive multi-channel marketing strategy and tactics; including advertising/promotions, distribution channel management and tactical plan development; across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.
  • Keep abreast with consumer trends & marketing best practices and maintains a deep understanding of the demographics, psychologies, and behavioural drivers of OCBC brand’s customers through collaboration with Group Customer Analytics & Decisioning (GCAD) and Market Research teams.
  • Drive New to Bank Customer Base through first product onboarding of deposit accounts - increase customer conversions and generating qualified digital leads.
  • Drive downloads, usage, and awareness of the OCBC Mobile Banking app and other OCBC Digital products and services.
  • Identify target segments and opportunities within the OCBC customer base to improve migration to digital services.
  • Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.
  • Manage the development of marketing and sales aid/promotional materials to establish product messaging as well as to effectively promote new campaign initiatives.
  • Build advocacy and enhance awareness amongst OCBC Employees through Internal Marketing funnels.
  • Analyze and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying opportunities for growth and sharing results with senior stakeholders in a digestible and informative format.
  • Working in partnership with the creative & media agencies, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives and ensure prompt end-to-end execution for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets.
  • Ensure full compliance of procurement processes, campaign fulfilment requirements, campaign expense controls, and brand, regulatory and statutory guidelines on advertisement and promotional materials.
  • Proven experience (7+ years) in a digital marketing role, with a track record of successfully launching and implementing digital strategies.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve goals.
  • In-depth knowledge and passionate about digital marketing channels, tools and technologies.
  • Exceptional problem solving abilities and analytical skills.
